In his recent interview to the American newspaper, Washington Post, on the 1st of March, President Karzai said that the war was "for the U.S. security and for the Western interest." He added that "Afghans died in a war that's not ours" and the forces have only damaged Afghans without providing them with any good. He also said that Al-Qaida is "more a myth than a reality" and the war against them is hazy. He conveyed a message that "To the American people, give them my best wishes and my gratitude. To the U.S. government, give them my anger, my extreme anger."

President Karzai who came to power with the political and military help of US and NATO said all this exactly after one week of telephonic conversation with President Obama, in which Obama warned him that if the security pact is left unsigned he will withdraw all its forces from Afghanistan and for which he already told Pentagon to start preparing. Similar to this, the Head of NATO forces in Afghanistan Anders Fogh Rasmussen also gave threats with NATO withdrawal.

Indeed this is a serious warning to a weak and subservient government, however if we look into the history of U.S. and NATO forces and particularly the war in Afghanistan, they have lost thousands of their forces and have spent billions of dollars. They will never opt for this option rather the reality of their previous invasions suggests that they do not depart completely from lands they invade.

After 13 long years of brutal invasion in which around 50,000 innocent Muslims and 13,000 Afghan forces had been sacrificed for the strategic interests of U.S. and NATO, President Karzai is now criticizing its masters. He knows that his role in this drama is over and after this - he and his family will have no backing and support of U.S. which they had in the past. Karzai is aware of its dreadful reputation amongst the people and is now striving hard to repair the damage that is irreparable and unforgivable.

In addition, by such revelations he wants to put pressure on U.S. and her public opinions to support his candidate in the upcoming presidential elections, as well as he want to get the attention of china and Russia to get their support for his and his family.

It was indeed clear that the so called "War on Terror" is a war against Islam and Muslim Ummah, who they think is a threat to their motives in the region. Under such pretexts Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Mali were invaded and in other Islamic lands such as Syria, Pakistan, Egypt, and Philistine etc this bloody and deceitful war is being supported and carried out by the likes of Karzai against their own people.

After the demise of Khilafah "Caliphate" the fame of rulers and ruling families of the divided Muslim lands that are imposed upon the Ummah have been seen in Libya, Syria, Tunis, Egypt, Yemen and other Muslim lands. These puppet rulers were knocked down one after the other by the Muslims and even today the struggle to replace them with a sincere Islamic leader (Khaleefah) is on its way. The western world is indeed worried about this uprising and is using every option and opportunity to deviate the Ummah from reaching its ultimate objective. As for the rulers in the Muslim world, they may get away with the accountability of Muslims in this world when the Khilafah "Caliphate" is established but they cannot get away from the wrath of Allah (swt) on the Day of Judgment, when their treachery shall be seen by the height of the flag they will be carrying with them.

((إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَعِبْرَةً لَّأُوْلِي الأَبْصَارِ))
