In Tajikistan, there is an ongoing trial on the case of "attempted coup d'état"

February 9th, "In Dushanbe, began one of the most loudest trials of the supporters of the banned Islamic Party of Tajikistan. The process is closed and takes place in an atmosphere of strictest security measures."

Islamic Renaissance Party of Tajikistan - was founded in 1993 by Said Abdullo Nuri, who began his political activity in 1973, by creating the clandestine youth organization "Development of Islam." After that the Abdullo Nuri died of cancer in 2006, the party was headed by his deputy Muhiddin Kabiri. People had talked about the IRPT as the only REGISTERED by the government Islamic political party who works legally in the territory of Central Asia.
After the raid by E.Rahmons regime against the members of the United Tajik oppositions led by the Deputy Ministry of Defense of Tajikistan General Abdukhalimov Nazarzoda in September 2015, was about 200 people arrested, including 16 senior members of the political council of the IRP who today are sitting on the dock.
Let me remind that, as it was to be expected after the recent parliamentary elections in March 2015, under pressure and dirty machinations by the authorities with the voices, the IRPT was unable to collect the right amount of 5% of the vote to stay in parliament. Then the authorities started the total pressure upon the IRPT. Party leader Muhammad Kabiri immediately left the country with his family.
Dictator Rahmon required from all members to sign a law to ban the activities of the IRPT, but not all of the UTO members agreed with this law, whereby Rahmon ordered to liquidate all of the dissents. As a result of the special operation were General Abduhalim Nazarzoda and all of his associates killed. Then the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported about that 40 murdered UTO members. September 29, the Supreme Court of Tajikistan declared the IRPT as an extremist and terrorist organization and banned the party in territory of Republic.
Today, in regard to the 16 arrested members of the IRPT criminal cases initiated under articles 179 (terrorism), 187 (organization of a criminal community), 189 (incitement of national ethnic and religious hatred), 306 (the overthrow of the government), 307 (incitement to change the constitutional order of the Republic of Tajikistan), 313 (armed mutiny) and some other articles of the Criminal Code. Afterwards, to comment on the details of the case the investigating authorities refused since criminal cases against members of the IRPT was declared as confidential.
Over the years, the IRPT was the safety valve for Muslims who wanted to changes both in their country and throughout the region. The regime allowed to the active Muslims within secular system to act, to work, to pour out their strength and feelings. Meanwhile, dictatorial regime physically pursued all the Islamic groups which were not agreed to work within the secular system and acted independently. Such as "Tablighi" banned in 2006, the "Salafi" and "Muslim Brotherhood" in 2009, "Hizb ut Tahrir" prohibited in 2001, and other groups.
And today, by eliminating the other Islamic groups, the regime set about the destruction of the last group with Islamic slogans, despite its secular nature and actions. This proves once again the hateful dictator politics of E. Rahmon regime against Islam and the Muslims.
Despite the different names of Islamic groups, various methods of work in the way of revival of Islam, the Muslims of Tajikistan on the one side, and the dictator regime of E. Rahmon on the other side. If Tajikistan's Muslims seek Islamic revival and Management Board of on the basis of Islam, then the dictator and his regime Rahmon is taghut, a system based on disbelief in Allah and His divine Laws. The regime of dictator Rahmon had fought and will fight against Islam and Muslims in Tajikistan and throughout Central Asia.
Allah Almighty said in His Noble Book:
(إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُنفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ لِيَصُدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِ اللّهِ فَسَيُنفِقُونَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِمْ حَسْرَةً ثُمَّ يُغْلَبُونَ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ إِلَى جَهَنَّمَ يُحْشَرُونَ]
”Verily, those who disbelieve spend their property in order to bring down others from the way of Allah. They will spend it, and then will regret it, and after that they will be defeated. And those who disbelieve will be gathered in Hell.” [8: 36]
(يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُطْفِؤُواْ نُورَ اللّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى اللّهُ إِلاَّ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ * هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ]
”They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths. But God would not allow this and will complete the spread of His light even if the disbelievers dislike it. He it is Who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the true religion to exalt it above all other religions, even though the polytheists hate it.” [09: 32-33]
