Hizb ut Tahrir / Canada: Various activities for the Anniversary of the Destruction of the Khilafah State
As part of the global events organized by Hizb ut Tahrir on the anniversary of the destruction of the Caliphate (28 Rajab) to awaken the Islamic Ummah and sharpen its resolve.
Hizb ut Tahrir / Canada organized various events on the anniversary of the destruction of the Khilafah (Caliphate) State.
"A Look at the Causes of the Failures of Mass Revolutions in the Arab Countries!", And another lecture entitled "From the Seerah to find Lessons to Achieve Change" focused on hardness and the clarity of the change project led by the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him in Mecca and how the revolutions can succeed if it adopted his methodology.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was in the change and proved to him. A book fair was also held in which a distinguished collection of the Hizb culture books was presented by Hizb ut Tahrir.
The popular revolutions in the Arab lands have failed to create real change. In some countries, the corrupt regimes have changed their skin, but their essence has remained. In other countries, the regimes are still clinging to power, untouched. The popular uprisings against tyranny and corruption created an opportunity to initiate real change, but the Ummah missed it because it did not realize that removing these regimes, without embracing a comprehensive project for the future of the entire Ummah, will create a vacuum that will be filled by the colonial powers. Adopting a comprehensive project for the future, built on the Islamic Aqeedah, must come first, ahead of any attempt at change if the Ummah has any hope of succeeding. Only the Khilafah project has the foundation and the scope to address successfully the challenges that the Ummah faces.
