We Need a Judiciary that Rules According to the Noble Quran and Prophetic Sunnah
Pakistan’s judicial crisis is not because the decision lies in the hands of the Chief Justice alone. It is because the judiciary rules by the rotten, man-made laws, based on the whims and desires of Parliament. The origin of justice is all that Allah ﷻ has revealed. The Khilafah’s Court of Unjust Acts accounts the Khaleefah and rulers for any deviation from Divine Revelation.

The Khilafah Will End the Injustice of the Global Dollar Hegemony
It is a great harm on the world that the dollar is the currency for international trade. The US Federal Reserve increased interest rates to save American banks, increasing ‘hot money’ investment into banks. It strengthened the dollar, but made matters worse for Pakistan. Dollar debt and costs of imports increased. The Rupee weakened and inflation increased. It is the Khilafah that will issue gold and silver currency, ending the dollar hegemony.

Democracy is the Cause of the Power Struggle between Parliament, Judiciary and Army
The battle over whether the Parliament, the judiciary or the army, will be supreme, has paralyzed the country. This battle is caused by republican Democracy which believes in the balance of power through the trichotomy of power, giving rise to a constant war. In Islam, the Islamic Shariah law is sovereign, whilst the Ummah grants all authority to the Khaleefah. The Khaleefah is the state. Every organ of the state, whether it be the executive or military or judiciary, derives authority from the Khaleefah, so there is no question of such conflicts.

The Struggle Between the Major Powers is an Opportunity for the Ummah
The US Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, said on 29 March that both China and Russia would be a problem for the US “for many years to come.” The tensions between the major powers are weakening their capabilities. The international scenario is similar to the tensions between Persia and Rome, before Allah ﷻ granted Nasr for the establishment of the Islamic State in Madinah. Let Muslims re-establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, whilst the kuffar strike at each other.

Do not Seek Strength through Alliance with America. Strength lies is in Islam and its Khilafah.
After obeying the orders of Biden, Pakistan’s leadership is making 122 mm caliber artillery rounds for Ukraine. At the same time, it seeks cheap crude oil from Russia and loans from China, within the limits that the US permits. Alliance with the kuffar colonialists prevents independent decision-making, whilst compromising economic sovereignty. It is the Khilafah that will ensure an abundance of oil, funds and armed forces, after unification of the Muslim World.

The Khilafah Will End Border Tensions by Removing Borders and Nationalism
The spokesman of the US State Department emphasized the importance of counterterrorism efforts on 30 March 2023, after the martyrdom of more Pakistani police officers. The US wants Pakistan Army to remain engaged on the western border, at Pakistan’s financial expense, to allow India to strengthen its hold over Kashmir on the eastern border. It is the Khilafah that will unify Muslim Lands, by removing the nationalist borders that divide and weaken them. It will cut all ties with the warring kuffar that support insurgencies within the Muslim Lands.

The Khilafah Will End the Occupation of Al Masjid Al Aqsa by Military Force
Responding to public concerns, the Foreign Office's denial of new diplomatic and economic ties with the Jewish occupation is not enough. The obligation on the armed forces is their immediate mobilization to liberate the Blessed Lands. It is upon the sincere in Pakistan Army to grant Nussrah for the re-establishment of the Khilafah. It is only then that they can earn the opportunity to raise the takbeers of victory in Al-Masjid al-Aqsa during Ramadan.
