In Islam, Electricity is Public Property, Which Reduces the Burden on the People, Whilst Ensuring Viability
On 13 July, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) announced “efforts to improve energy sector viability.” Two days later the state power regulator announced it has raised the national average tariff by around Rs5 per unit to ensure Rs3.28 trillion in funds. The rise in electricity prices cripples industrial production. The rise is a consequence of the privatization of the electricity sector. The private owners take profits for themselves, whilst the IMF insists on the raising of electricity prices for “viability.” In Shariah law electricity is public property. Profits spent on taking care of the affairs of the Ummah, whilst the state provides electricity at a low cost. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, الْمُسْلِمُونَ شُرَكَاءُ فِي ثَلَاثٍ الْمَاءِ وَالْكَلَإِ وَالنَّارِ “Muslims are partners in three things: water, pastures and fire (energy)” [Abu Dawood.].

Occupied Lands Will be Liberated by the Mobilization of the Armies of Muslims, not the International Community
On 18 July 2023, the previous Prime Minister, Senator Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani, spoke at the Kashmir Martyrs Day Conference held at the British House of Commons and appealed to the international community. After the annexation of Occupied Kashmir by the Hindu State on 5 August 2019, it was upon Pakistan’s rulers to declare Jihad, ordering the armed forces to cross the Line of Control to liberate Srinagar. Instead, they declared Jihad in Kashmir as treachery. The ruling elite does not demand the mobilization of our armed forces, calling instead for futile actions, such as appealing to the United Nations, the OIC, the international community and the US. Encouraged by the weak stance of the political elite in Pakistan, the Hindu State is consolidating its occupation.

The Beginning of a New Islamic Year Is a Strong Reminder of the Need to Re-Establish the Khilafah.
The Islamic Hijri calendar begins with the establishment of the Islamic State in al-Madina al-Munawwarah, with Muharram chosen as the first month of the Hijri year. At the beginning of the year 1445 After Hijrah, it has been 102 years since the sad destruction of Khilafah, at the hands of the traitor Mustafa Kamal on 28 Rajab, 1342 AH. Since that dreadful day, the Muslims across the world have been orphaned. They are left without any protecting guardian and shield. We pray to Allah ﷻ that in this new Hijri year, He ﷻ grants His Nasr for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. It is then that the Ummah will restore the Islamic world order, burying the collapsing American world order once and for all.

The Khilafah Will Remove the Borders between Pakistan, Afghanistan and Uzbekistan to make One Unified State
On 18 July, 2023, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Uzbekistan signed an agreement to connect the three countries with a railway line. However, such limited projects do not counter the threat of the alliance between the US and India, which exposes the Muslims of Bangladesh, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Central Asia to grave dangers. The aerial distance of Tashkent from Islamabad is only 904 km, which is less than the 1146 km between Karachi and Islamabad. Similarly, Kabul is 368 km away from Islamabad. So, O armed forces of Pakistan, What are you waiting for? You can overturn the destructive plans of the alliance of your enemies. Unify the region by re-establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood now. Restore the dominance of Islam over Central and South Asia.

The Destructive Alliance with the US Prevents Our Independence
Special Assistant to the US President and Senior Director for South Asia at the National Security Council, Rear Admiral Eileen Laubacher, led a high-level delegation to Pakistan on 21 July 2023 regarding security and economic alliance. The security alliance with the colonialists ensures the Pakistan military is used to serve US interests regarding Kashmir, Afghanistan and Ukraine. The economic alliance ensures Pakistan’s dependence on riba loans and expensive Western imports. Allah ﷻ said,
[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لا تَتَّخِذُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى أَوْلِيَاءَ]
“O believers! Take neither Jews nor Christians as allies.” [TMQ Surah al-Maaida 5:51]. At-Tabari said in his Tafseer, “Allah, the Most High, mentioned the forbidding of all believers from taking the Jews and Christians as supporters and allies against the people of Iman in Allah, His Messenger, and others.”

Be it Manipur, Gujarat or Ayodhya, the Khilafah Will End the Oppression of the Hindu State
On 20 July 2023, videos of barbaric acts by a Hindu mob became viral. Hindu civilization has made this region an arena of cruelty. There is no security for Muslims, Christians and low caste Hindus. Truly, the Muslims are the true heirs to the leadership of this region. The Hindus themselves are witness to the thousand-year just Islamic rule in India. Hindus participated in the Jihad to restore the rule of the last Mughal ruler Bahadur Shah Zafar. Hindus supported the Khilafah movement. The armed forces of Pakistan must end the cruelty of the Hindu State. They must grant their Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. It is then that the entire Indian Subcontinent will be under the shade of Islam.
