The Purpose of the Sacrifice of Imam Hussain (ra) and the Family of the Prophet (ra) was to Protect the Khilafah Rashidah

On 16 July 2024, the Prime Minister spoke of the supreme sacrifices of Hazrat Imam Hussain (ra). However, the current rulers do not accept the main lesson of these sacrifices. The sacrifice of the Family of the Prophet (ra) established that the one who usurps the authority in the Khilafah Rashidah cannot be accepted. So how can the absence of the Khilafah Rashidah itself be accepted? Today Muslims are suffering under the rule of systems of kufr and oppressive rulers. It is upon the armies of Muslims to stand with the Islamic Ummah against the usurpers of today. The armies must grant Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the re-establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah, to end the rule of oppression and disobedience of Allah ﷻ.

Democracy has Completely Failed to Secure Muslims and Islam

On 17 July 2024, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a demarche of protest against Afghanistan, after Muslims killed Muslims in Bannu Cantonment on 15 July 2024. Pakistan is a failed state because of Democracy. Muslims are fighting Muslims, whilst Hindus oppress Muslims in Kashmir, and the Jews slaughter Muslims in Palestine. The economy is standing on the verge of collapse. Muslims are being crushed under harsh taxes. The prices of electricity and petrol are skyrocketing. The judiciary, political parties, the military leadership and the civilian government are all embroiled in a huge struggle for power. O Officers of Pakistan’s Armed Forces! Now is the time to remove this oppressive system and its protectors. Follow the footsteps of Saad bin Muadh (ra), who granted his Nussrah for Islam. Grant Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir to establish Khilafah Rashidah.

Delivering Swift Justice Demands the Abolition of Courts Based on English Law, and Establishing the Shariah Courts of the Khilafah Rashidah

The Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JCP) met on 19 July 2024, to deliberate on the appointment of retired judges in light of the huge number of pending cases. There are currently 2.26 million pending cases in Pakistani courts. 1.86 million are in district courts, while 390,000 cases are pending in the High Court, the Supreme Court and the Federal Shariat Court. Some cases have been pending for decades, whilst plaintiffs and defendants have died waiting for justice. Can anyone still claim that the courts left behind by the British colonialist Raj can deliver swift justice? Justice delayed is justice denied.  The Shariah courts of the Khilafah deliver swift justice. For over a thousand years, the Khilafah settled cases swiftly and with justice, whilst eradicating crime effectively.

The Khilafah Rashidah Will End Alliance with the Enemies of Muslims

In its Press Release No. 20240719 - 01, the US CENTCOM declared on 18 July 2024, “Gen. Kurilla underscored the strategic opportunities inherent in the close U.S.-‘Israel’ military partnership.” America gives the Jewish entity weapons, funds and media support as it commits a genocide in Gaza. Allah (swt) said,

[إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمْ اللَّهُ عَنْ الَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُوا عَلَى إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَنْ تَوَلَّوْهُمْ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمْ الظَّالِمُونَ]

“Allah forbids your alliance with those who fight you because of your Deen, and drive you from your homelands, or aid others to do so: and as for those who turn to them in alliance, they are truly oppressors.” [Surah al-Mumtahina 60:9]. The Khilafah Rashidah will eradicate the presence of American military and intelligence from the lands of Muslims.

Gaza Needs the Mobilization of the Armies, Not Declarations

On 19 July 2024, Pakistan's government declared Netanyahu a terrorist. The rulers are under the pressure of the demand of the Muslims to mobilize the armed forces. The army of Jews, with heavy weaponry, must be faced by an army of Muslims, with heavy weaponry. The army of Jews must be expelled from all of Palestine. Allah (swt) commanded,

[وَأَخْرِجُوهُم مِّنْ حَيْثُ أَخْرَجُوكُمْ]

"Expel them from wherever they expelled you" [TMQ Surah Al Baqarah 2:191] Our duty is to contact our relatives and friends in the armed forces. We must demand they give Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah. The Khaleefah Rashid will mobilize the Ummah and its armies to liberate all occupied lands.

The Khilafah Rashidah Will Establish Its Global Dominance in Information Technology

The global computer outage affecting airports, banks and other businesses on 19 July 2024 was linked to a software update for Microsoft cloud services issued by the US cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike. This incident highlights the monopoly of certain US companies on global information technology. States around the world depend on US companies, which are also used to spy on governments, militaries, businesses and private individuals. The Khilafah Rashidah will end the American dominance of the international information technology infrastructure, by focusing on military industry and related technologies, including artificial intelligence and quantum computing. The Khilafah will not accept any form of domination by the kuffar.  Allah ﷻ said,

[وَلَن يَجْعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لِلْكَـٰفِرِينَ عَلَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلًا]

“And Allah does not permit the disbelievers a way of dominance over the believers.” [TMQ Surah An-Nisa 4:141]

When Will the Ummah and Its Armies Respond to the Massacre in Gaza?

On 22 July 2024, Pakistan welcomed the Advisory Opinion by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on the “Legal Consequences arising from the Policies and Practices of “Israel” in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem.” Thus, the agents of America in Pakistan welcome a toothless decision by a colonialist institution. As for their master, America, it has facilitated the massacre in Gaza, by providing political and media cover, as well as weapons and funding. The armies of Muslims must overthrow the agents of America and grant their Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. With this they will attain the glory of this world and the bliss of the Hereafter. Allah ﷻ said,

[لِمِثْلِ هَذَا فَلْيَعْمَلِ الْعَامِلُونَ]

“For such honour all should strive.” [TMQ As Saffat 37:61]
