The Constitutional Amendment is for Benefit of the Ruling Factions, Not the People

Under Democracy, the real root of corruption is the power of the elected majority to change every law, every constitutional provision, every rule and every regulation. The power of legislation gives the ruling factions the ability to change the laws according to their own interests, not just through the back door, but through the front door. When human beings possess the power of legislation, law remains the servant of the ruling factions. Laws will be molded for the benefit of the ruling factions, within the arena of power struggles. Allah ﷻ said,

[فَٱحۡكُم بَيۡنَهُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعۡ أَهۡوَآءَهُمۡ عَمَّا جَآءَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡحَقِّۚ]

“So judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging away from the truth that has come to you.” [TMQ Surah al-Maaidah 5:48]

The Ummah Needs Khilafah Rashidah, Not Regional Organizations Under the Control of the Colonialists

The Dawn reported on 23 October 2024, “While Pakistan made a formal request to join BRICS last year, India, prodded by Russia, may yield to the move at the group’s summit.” The rulers of Pakistan claim that Muslims will be strengthened by regional organizations under the current Western world order. However, the colonialist powers exploit other nations through regional organizations, militarily and economically, preventing challenges to their dominance. The Khilafah Rashidah will gather all the vast economic and military resources of the Ummah to become the world’s most powerful state. Allah ﷻ said,

[الَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِندَهُمُ الْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ الْعِزَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعًا]

“Those who take disbelievers for allies instead of believers, do they seek honor with them? Verily, then to Allah belongs all honor.” [TMQ Surah an-Nisa'a 4:139].

America Subjugates the Muslim World, Whilst Providing Economic and Military Aid to India and the Jewish Entity

On 22 October 2024, the United States added over two dozen entities to its trade blacklist, citing alleged support for weapons’ development in Pakistan and Iran. This is another step in America’s ongoing policy of subjugation directed at the Muslim world, while strengthening the enemies of the Ummah. The United States has poured approximately $22.76 billion into supporting the latest brutal campaign of the Jewish entity against Muslims in Gaza. It also seeks to weaken Pakistan, enabling India to counter both Muslims and China on its behalf. O People of Power in Pakistan! Your current leadership grants America supremacy over us. Take the first practical step to dismantle the American world order and earn the Pleasure of Allah ﷻ. Grant your Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah.

The Khilafah Rashidah Will Rescue the Muslim World from Economic Destruction

On 24 October, the Director of the Middle East and Central Asia Department of the International Monetary Fund asserted, “Reforming the SOEs (State Owned Enterprises) is also an important priority that will increase the capacity of Pakistan to provide a greater space for the private sector.” The priorities of the International Monetary Fund are harmful. Privatization of state owned enterprises opens the doors for foreign and domestic companies to dominate production. Privatization concentrates wealth in the economies of the colonialists, and in the hands of their agents within the Muslim World. Privatization increases dependence on interest based loans, whilst depriving the state treasury of revenues to look after the affairs of the people. The Khilafah Rashidah will sever all ties with the International Monetary Fund and raise the Muslim World as the world’s strongest economy.

The Khilafah Rashidah Will End War Between Muslims and Will Liberate Occupied Lands

On 24 October 2024, Radio Pakistan stated, “US Central Command’s magazine “Unipath” has described Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir as a forceful voice against violent extremists.” America is the foremost enemy of the Islamic Ummah. Not only does it wage war on Muslims itself, it assists the Jewish entity and the Hindu state in occupation and oppression. America considers resistance to occupation of the lands of Muslims as violent extremism. It ignites war between Muslims on the basis of tribalism and nationalism, where pure Muslim blood is spilled on both sides. Praise from such an enemy is humiliation. The Khilafah Rashidah will unify Muslims as a single state under the Rayah banner of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The Khilafah Rashidah will mobilize the armed forces to end the occupation of Palestine and Kashmir.

The Statements of the Rulers of Pakistan in Support of the Muslims of Kashmir are a Waste of Paper and Ink

On the occasion of Kashmir Black Day, 27 October, President Zardari stated, “We urge the international community to pressurise India halt its human rights abuses in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), alleviate the suffering of Kashmiris, and implement UN Security Council resolutions.” Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif made a similar statement. However, these statements are a waste of ink and paper. It is Pakistan’s political and military leadership that surrendered Kashmir. They facilitated a ceasefire agreement with the Hindu State. They are now implementing face-saving measures to openly accept Hindu supremacy. The solution to the issue of Kashmir is the mobilization of the armies of Muslims, which necessitates the establishment of Khilafah Rashidah in Islamabad.

The Rulers Are Busy in Saving their Thrones, Whilst the People Are Desperate for Change

On 28 October 2024, the National Assembly Speaker said that “no action can be taken on the issue of reserved seats until the Election Commission issues a notification.” The ruling and opposition factions are fighting over the issue of reserved seats. However, beyond the power struggle, the people of Pakistan have become fed up with the entire system. Young people are going abroad out of desperation, while the economic situation is dismal. The inaction of our rulers regarding the Zionist atrocities on the Muslims of Gaza, and the ongoing looting in the country, has destroyed the credibility of the system. The time has come for the Ummah to establish Khilafah Rashidah by inviting our sons, fathers and relatives in the armed forces to grant Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir, so that real change can begin.
