The Judicial Crisis Can Only Be Resolved Under the Khilafah Rashidah

On January 14, the Justice of the Islamabad High Court drew attention to judicial inefficiency and its profound impact on the public. 2.26 million cases are pending in Pakistani courts, including 1.86 million in district courts and 390,000 in the High Court, Supreme Court, and Federal Shariah Court. Many cases have been unresolved for decades, with plaintiffs and defendants passing away, without ever seeing justice. Such chronic inefficiencies expose the deep-rooted flaws of man-made systems, which consistently fail to deliver timely and effective justice. The true and lasting resolution lies in implementing the Shariah rulings of Islam. The ruling system of Islam, the Khilafah, historically delivered justice swiftly and equitably, maintaining societal stability and eradicating crime for thirteen centuries. The Muslims of Pakistan must work for the restoration of ruling by all that Allah ﷻ has revealed.

The Ummah and Its Armies Must Liberate the Blessed Land of Palestine

On 15 January 2025, President Biden congratulated the Prime Minister of the Jewish entity “on the ceasefire and hostage release deal.” America and the Jewish entity are now working to seize most of Palestine through negotiations. Moreover, the Jewish entity has unveiled a map to expand its occupation within other lands of Muslims. The Jewish entity is a growing cancer in the body of the Ummah that must be removed. The Ummah and its armies must firstly uproot the defenders of the Jewish entity, the rulers of the Muslims. The rulers of Muslims restrain the armies of the Muslims, whilst supplying the Jewish entity by land, sea and air. The Ummah and its armies must establish the Khilafah Rashidah, which will liberate the Blessed Land of Palestine.

The Ceasefire in Gaza Did not End the Brutal Occupation of the Blessed Land of Palestine

On 16 January 2025, the Prime Minister of Pakistan tweeted, “The people of Pakistan join me in welcoming the announcement of the long awaited ceasefire in Palestine.” However, Palestine is still under occupation, whilst the Jews still desecrate Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa. There are also more than fifty thousand martyrs whose blood needs revenge from the Jews. It is clear that the Jews are still occupying the blessed land and Palestine. The Jews have released plans to expand the occupation into Syria, Lebanon and Jordan. The Jews have repeatedly shown their treachery and disregard for covenants. The Ummah’s duty to liberate the Blessed Land remains unfulfilled. The Ummah and its armies must establish the Khilafah Rashidah and mobilize for the liberation of all of Palestine.

The Khilafah Rashidah Will End India’s Imperialistic Presence

On 17 January 2025, the President of Azad Jammu Kashmir said, “Under the given circumstances, there is a dire need that all political parties of Azad Kashmir should join their forces to highlight the plight of the Kashmiri people and expose India’s ugly face to the world.”  Regarding the occupation of Muslim Land, the Shariah obligation extends beyond political parties, Azad Kashmir and exposing India. Armed forces occupy Kashmir and Palestine. The armed forces of the Ummah must mobilize in support of occupied lands. The obstacle to the military mobilization are the agent rulers. The Ummah and its armies must establish the Khilafah Rashidah, which will mobilize armies for the liberation of all occupied lands. Thus, all political parties, within Azad Kashmir and outside Azad Kashmir, must call for the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah.

The Jews and Christians Will Never Be Pleased with Us Until We Abandon Our Deen

On 14 January, 2025, White House National Security Communications Advisor, John Kirby, said, “Pakistan was never a technical ally of the United States.  I mean, there was no treaty of alliance with Pakistan.” This statement is a slap in the face of the rulers of Pakistan. Since the time of the Musharraf-Aziz regime until  this day under the Munir-Sharif regime, Pakistan’s leadership allied with America, resulting in the deaths of thousands of officers and tens of thousands of civilians, and the loss of billions of dollars to the economy. Allah ﷻ said,

[وَلَن تَرْضَىٰ عَنكَ ٱلْيَهُودُ وَلَا ٱلنَّصَـٰرَىٰ حَتَّىٰ تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ ۗ قُلْ إِنَّ هُدَى ٱللَّهِ هُوَ ٱلْهُدَىٰۗ]

“Never will the Jews or Christians be pleased with you, until you follow their faith. Say, “Allah’s guidance is the only true guidance.”” [TMQ Surah Al Baqarah 2:120]

Nationalistic Borders Prevent the Unification of the Muslims as One Powerful State

On 13 January 2025, the commerce ministry officials told the Senate Functional Committee that “Afghanistan has rejected the idea of a border market and progress on the proposal with Iran is slow.” Nationalistic borders have divided the lands of Muslims. They have prevented the unification of the huge economic, military and human resources of the Islamic Ummah. Despite the strong desire of Muslims for unification, the nationalistic borders are the obstacles to establishing the world’s largest economy, state treasury and army. The rulers of Muslims make their decisions on the basis of tribal and nationalistic interests. They spread hatred amongst Muslims to preserve the nationalistic borders. They shed the blood of Muslims in destructive wars of fitnah to strengthen the nationalistic borders. The Islamic Ummah and its armies must establish the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.

Capitalism Causes Wealth Disparity. Islam Ensures Distribution of Wealth

Oxfam International declared on 20 January 2025, “Billionaire wealth surges by $2 trillion in 2024, three times faster than the year before, while the number of people living in poverty has barely changed since 1990.”  The economic problem in the view of Islam is the distribution of funds and benefits to all individuals of the subjects. In other words, the economic problem is the distribution of wealth, not the production of wealth, even though its production is important. Islam forbids riba (interest) which concentrates wealth in the hands of bankers. Islam makes energy and minerals public property, whose benefit is for the entire community, preventing their concentration in the hands of private owners. Islam does not tax the poor and indebted, whilst taking revenues from the financially capable. The Ummah and its armies must establish the Khilafah Rashidah.
