On Tuesday, 26/06/2018, Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia held a press conference at its headquarters at the intersection of Sakra and presented its position on the report issued by the Committee of Individual Freedoms and Equality.

At the beginning of the seminar, Professor Emad Eddin Haddouq referred to the darkness that was exposed to Mr. Munir Umara, the senior official in Hizb ut Tahrir, after being incarcerated in prison by the military judiciary for distributing leaflets that would allegedly disturb the public order and harm the morale of the army !! Ustaadh Haddouq stated that this procedure, which was filed by the military judiciary, is a dangerous precedent after the revolution of 2011, which was based on injustice and tyranny. For the first time since the rule of Ben Ali, a judicial ruling was issued to deprive the freedom of a political man for his ideas and political views !!
