On 4th Muharram 1430 Hijri. Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah of Turkey issued a leaflet entitled "The Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashida state, and not the rulers who are agents of the Kafir colonliasts, is the sole mechanism to end the massacres of the Jewish entity".

The widely distributed leaflet exposed the position of the rulers of Turkey who had maintained close relations with Israel both before and during the massacre in Gaza. It criticised the position of those rulers whose only response was to call on the United Nations to act to resolve the situation in the Middle East.

It reminded the Muslims of Turkey that it was the duty of the Turkish rulers to respond to the attacks by moving their large armies, currently confined to their barracks, against the Israeli aggression. It also exposed the failure of the Turkish regime to even break political and military relations with Israel and close down its embassy.

Finally, it urged the Muslims of Turkey to work with Hizb ut-Tahrir to re-establish the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" state that would end the Israeli aggression.
