A Clarification from the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, Eminent Scholar, Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, About the Confirmation of the Sighting of the Hilal (هلال Crescent) of Shawwal for This Year, 1441 AH, 2020 CE
...accept my greetings and du’a for you with the good, and I ask Al-Qawi Al-Aziz (Strong and Mighty), to make this noble month the last blessed month that descends upon Muslims in the absence of the State that brings glory to Islam and the Muslims, and Allah is Al-Aziz (All Mighty) and Al-Hakim (Most Wise).
This 27th Ramadhan 1441 AH – it will be exactly 75 Hijri (Islamic) years since Pakistan burst onto the world map on 14th August 1947, corresponding to 27th Ramadhan 1366 AH. Being created on the night of power, the most blessed day in the Islamic year, has not been lost on its people and arguably a divine sign that Pakistan stands destined for greater purposes in the service of Islam.
The scholars are the heirs of the prophets in knowledge, carrying of Islam and calling to it, and they are the heirs of the prophets in persistence in truth and proclaiming it, and they are the imams of Muslims in commanding the good and forbidding the evil, and they are the most rightful people to proclaim the truth and denounce the oppressors and the tyrant rulers.
