The US Deputy Secretary of State, William Burns, during his visit to Pakistan demanded immediate military operations in North Waziristan, against those Mujahideen who are fighting in Afghanistan against American occupying forces. William Burns' demand establishes the fact that this war is not against fighting terrorism, rather it is a war against Mujahideen fighting against American occupation.
