Closing Statement of:
The Lifeline Conference, Held by Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan
On 4th Rajab 1435 AH corresponding to May 3, 2014 CE

In commemoration of the ninety-third anniversary of the abolishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" in Rajab 1342-1435 AH, Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan held, on Saturday, 4^th Rajab 1435 AH corresponding to  May 3^rd, 2014 CE, an international conference that gathered a group of intellectuals and politicians from Sudan, and from the countries of the Arab Spring, to present a sincere Islamic vision about the events in the countries of the Arab Spring and Sudan titled: "Lifeline: A Sincere Islamic Vision of the Proper Treatment for Sudan's Crises without the Arab Spring Setbacks".

The Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the eminent Scholar Sheikh Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, commenced the conference with a speech in which he addressed the precession of the people of Sudan to Islam since the time of the Khaleefah Uthman, may Allah be pleased with him. He reminded them of their Jihad against the British who stayed sixty years, from 1896 - 1956 CE, that was followed by the indirect colonialism; politically and culturally, and the spread of the​​ rotten capitalist values through which the separation of South Sudan from the North took place.

He also pointed out to the ongoing dialogue in Sudan; which America and its agents push for it in order to reach a compromise solution leading to a religion other than the Deen of Allah. He stressed that the solution to our problems is not unknown, nor that it is a theory far from the application. Rather, it is inscribed in the Book of Allah the Almighty, in the Sunah of His Messenger (saw), and by the consensus of his companions, May Allah be pleased with them.

At the conclusion of his speech, the Ameer reminded of three events that took place in this sacred month of Rajab; with admonitions and lessons for whoever has a heart or who listens while he is present in mind. These include the incident of Al-Isra wal-Mi'raj, and the second one is the permission to seek Nusrah (support) for the establishment of the Islamic state; the two events which illuminated the world by Allah's bounty and favor. The third event had brought darkness after the light, where the British conspired with its traitors agents from the Arabs and the Turks, plotted on the Khilafah "Caliphate" in Istanbul, and abolished it. Then our land was sorely ripped, and as result of that it afflicted us what is testament to our miseries. He concluded by inviting Muslims to remove this adventitious darkness, and return the brightness of the Khilafah "Caliphate" once again.

 The speakers addressed the situations in Egypt, Yemen, Syria and Tunisia before and during the Arab Spring revolutions, and the issues that followed. The speaker for Sudan addressed the issues of Sudan and its problems and solutions. The paper concluded with the sincere and the rightful solutions of the great ideology of Islam, presented by the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir. The conferees concluded the following:

First: Why did the revolutions of the Arab Spring break out and what did they provide?

• The Arab Spring revolutions broke out in order to change the dark reality and the tyrannical rule, after it ran out of patience against the Ummah's tyrant and dictatorial rulers. So the revolutions slogans were to change the regimes; ‘Ash-sha'b yurid taghyeer an-nidham', "The People Want Regime Change".
• These revolutions were characterized by demanding Islam, though for some the awareness of it was not complete. So, there were the blessed Fridays (Juma'at), and we witnessed in the Revolution squares congregational prayers that were attended by millions; who appeared prepared to sacrifice their soles and their precious belongings; all that was in tune with the great Aqeeda that they embrace.
• These revolutions have broken the fear barrier, so the Ummah confronted bullets with bare chests.
• The ruling systems did not change, even though heads have rolled off their crooked chairs.

Second: How was the Arab Spring setback?

• The Kaffir West (America and Europe) who hold the reins of the strongest faction in the Ummah; the armies, succeeded in appearing supportive of revolutions, but at the same time has been working in secret to derail the revolutions from their Islamic path, and show these revolutions with the appearance that demands democracy, through the voices of its clients from secularists, liberals and others.
• The old regimes have returned with new masks. Thus, the military in Egypt returned and with it the old guards, after they have tangled the possessors of moderate Islam in the democratic game and then failed them. While in Tunisia, its moderate Islamists has explicitly agreed to remove Islam from the rule and politics and the bearded secularism came to power.

Third: Resilience of the Revolution in Syria:

The Syrian revolution since its inception is based on the Islamic Aqeeda, where its launch was from the mosques, hence, the Sham revolution was an Islamic one since its inception, demanding the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate". This made the West, especially America, dismayed, giving advice to the criminal, in secret, or say in semi- public, to commit more genocide despite appearing in public in support of the revolution. Hizb ut Tahrir has revealed the conspiracies of America and its agents on the revolutionaries, which lifted the determinations of the revolutionaries and uphold them all these years. America still continues to mobilize its agents inside and outside Syria to abort the revolution. While the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir continue to support the revolutionaries and the Mujahideen, expose the Western conspiracies, and work day and night pursuant to resume the Islamic way of life.

Fourth: The Reality of Reform in Sudan:

• U.S. administration was keen on the survival of the regime to complete the scheme of tearing Sudan through negotiations and dialogues, then the consensual Constitution.
• The Government of Sudan learned from what happened in Egypt and proceeded to adopt the Tunisian version; which requires the introduction of secularism and the removal of Islam. Hence was the call for a dialogue for the adoption of a consensual Constitution that focuses secularism and leads to the splitting of Sudan in the form of a confederation or federation, as is happening in Yemen.

Fifth: The Lifeline of Sudan and the Islamic Ummah and the World:

1.    Realization of the fact that the Kaffir colonizers; America, Russia, Britain and France, are the enemy, whose hands; tampering with the fate of the Muslims and their wealth, must be cut.

2.    The lifeline for Muslims, and behind them all of humanity, is in the application of the systems and the rulings of Islam on the people under the second Khilafah "Caliphate" state whose time has approached.

3.    The Islamic Aqeeda has ruled on the invalidity of the ideas of dialogues that are not based on Islam, and the invalidity of secularism, civil state, consensual Constitution, and the federal system.

4.    The duty of the Ummah is to adopt the ideas of the Islamic State (the Khilafah "Caliphate"), the Islamic Constitution, and the unity of all Muslims lands under the authority of the Khaleefah.

5.    The correct methodology for change necessitates following the path of the Prophet (saw), by embracing Hizb ut Tahrir; a party structure, that works on the basis of Islam, and is traversing the midst of the society through the intellectual and political struggle, seeking to complete the pillars of the Islamic state; which are the ideology that is detailed in its rulings and solutions, qualified men, public opinion emanating from the general awareness, and the response of the sincere people of power and influence. So that the Ummah grabs its lifeline, and the Khilafah "Caliphate" Islamic state is established.

Hizb ut Tahrir has developed a detailed constitution based on the legislative evidence in every Article, and placed it in the hands of the Ummah to be studied, discussed and adopted, so that it works with the party to be put into practice and implementation....

(وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا وَمَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ)

"Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that - then those are the defiantly disobedient."[An-Nur: 55]
