On Monday 09/16/2013, several newspapers and websites circulated the answer to a question posed to Sheikh Yasser Brahimi on his homepage "Sawt as-Salaf" around the obligation to participate in groups that work to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" and call for Jihad.
