A welcoming ceremony took place for four Hizb members released by the criminal Russian authorities in Bashkiria, after being arrested in a barbaric manner on the 6^th November 2012. The former detainees: Alexei Hamadif, Rasim Sataúev, Eugnla Kologin and Eder Jarivianov, had been sentenced based on Article 1 Part 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and with the affiliation and activity of Hizb ut-Tahrir.
