All praise is due to Allah (swt), Who says in His Glorious Book, and His Word is the Truth:

((بَلْ نَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ عَلَى الْبَاطِلِ فَيَدْمَغُهُ فَإِذَا هُوَ زَاهِقٌ))

"Nay, but [by the very act of creation] We hurl the truth against falsehood, and it crushes the latter." [Al-Anbiya: 18]

And may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon His Messenger (saw), the leader of the Mujahideen, who said,

لَتَأْمُرُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ، وَلَتَنْهَوُنَّ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ، وَلَتَأْخُذُنَّ عَلَى يَدِ الظَّالِمِ، وَلَتَأْطِرُنَّهُ عَلَى الْحَقِّ أَطْرًا، أَوْ لَيَضْرِبَنَّ اللَّهُ قُلُوبَ بَعْضِكُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ، وَلَيَلْعَنَنَّكُمْ كَمَا لَعَنَهُمْ

"Indeed, by Allah, you either enjoin good and forbid evil and catch hold of the hand of the oppressor and persuade him to act justly and stick to the truth, or, Allah will involve the hearts of some of you with the hearts of others and will curse you as he had cursed them." (Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidhi)

Dear distinguished Ulemah, those meeting in Jakarta to make this Deen victorious and raise the word of Allah (swt), I greet you with the greeting of Islam, Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu,

Dear respected Ulemah,

If we review the lives of the honorable Prophets, may the blessings and peace of my Lord be upon them all, we will find that the tyrants have always existed in their various religions and misguidances, resorting to one tactic as the last desperate measure that they use after the truth becomes evident at the hands of the Prophets, which is brute force and severe oppression, so they threaten the Da'wah carriers and their supporters with killing, torture, displacement, imprisonment, and other forms of severe oppression. Only due to the failure of the argument of the tyrants, and the exposure of their lies and pretense against the shining argument made by the Prophets during the intellectual confrontation upon speaking the Haqq that shakes the pillars and foundations of falsehood, resulting in the collapse of its already feeble call.

Thus we find today's leaders of Kufr in the world, beginning with the west from America to Europe to Russia and to China, appalled by the signals sent to them by the intelligence services and the monitoring and research centres which monitor the affairs of the Muslims. These signals reveal that the Muslims from East to West are increasing in their resolve and determination to demand the resumption of the Islamic way of life through the establishment of the Islamic State. So we see them inventing hellish diabolical acts for the oppression of the Da'wah carriers, and fabricating crises and raging wars as well as setting up sedition (fitna) and strife between the Muslims to divert them away from returning to Islam... The latest of these tricks is the satanic coalition which Obama is working at mobilizing against the Muslim Ummah, following the footsteps of his predecessor George W. Bush, who had previously declared a crusade war against the Islamic Ummah when he waged his aggression to occupy Afghanistan, in what he called that day: The Long War, for his knowledge and conviction in the fact that the war against the Muslim Ummah will not end with a brief round or short rounds... So Obama succeeded him to continue what he had started...

It is beyond the scope here to delve into the great political events happening in the Muslim lands from Syria and Iraq to Egypt and Libya, and from Palestine to Central Asia and Pakistan...

But I will, given the nature of your blessed meeting, focus on another front, of which you are its men, heroes and leaders: and I mean here, the intellectual struggle against the falsehood of Kufr and its misguidance...

By the grace of Allah (swt), we have confidence and certainty that the Divine Da'wah will prevail, for it is based on the Book of Allah (swt) - which is the truthful divine revelation, and there is no truth other than it across time and space, and it is the eternal message to humankind, and the divine miracle with which Allah Almighty challenges the men and Jinn to bring about anything like it, using whatever resources disposable to them, and if they did not, and adhered to Kufr and ingratitude then let them await their seats of fire...

Yes, I am speaking about the intellectual struggle between the armies of Haqq from amongst the people of Islam and its leaders of divine Ulemah, and between the armies of falsehood of the people of Kufr who purport the Fitna of Muslims away from their Deen...

This struggle's tools are not the missiles, like the ones we witnessed in Gaza recently, nor the barrel explosives and chemicals we witnessed in Syria at the hands of America's agent - Assad and his partners in Iran...

Rather, its tools are what the West is mobilizing of media outlets, writers, men touting them as thinkers, and some evil Sheikhs who were lured by the Shaytan for a perishable sip from the Dunya, so they embarked on giving Fatawa (verdicts) for the criminal rulers and decorating their falsehood. And of the West's tools are some of the ignorant from the sons of the Muslims who have despaired from the mercy of Allah (swt) and whom their Shaytan has painted to them that the Khilafah "Caliphate" state is far, therefore there is nothing wrong with some flattery with the falsehood through gradually demanding the Ahkam and accepting the mixing between the laws of Kufr like Democracy, nationalism, capitalism and the rotten secularism with the pure and divine Islamic laws...

Yes, this is the struggle which I am referring to: the Intellectual Struggle...

And by the Grace of Allah (swt), you, dear respected Ulemah, are the leaders of this struggle and its warriors, for the Rasool of Allah (saw) had entrusted you with the responsibility of proclaiming knowledge to people, and thus He made you His heirs in teaching them what they are ignorant of in the Laws of their Deen, as was narrated in the Hadith by Al-Tirmidhi,

«وإن العلماء ورثة الأنبياء»

"The Ulemah are the heirs of the Prophets".

Therefore, people without Ulemah are ignorant, despoiled and snatched up by the Shayateen of men and jinn from all sides, rocking their delusions and fancies in every way. Hence, the Ulemah are a blessing of Allah for the people on Earth, they are the lanterns in the darkness, the leaders of guidance, and the proof of Allah on His Earth; through them, the misguided ideas are annihilated, and the clouds of doubt are cleared from the hearts and souls. The Messenger of Allah (saw) likened them to the stars in his saying:

«إِنَّ مَثَلَ الْعُلَمَاءِ فِي الْأَرْضِ، كَمَثَلِ النُّجُومِ فِي السَّمَاءِ يُهْتَدَى بِهَا فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ، فَإِذَا انْطَمَسَتْ النُّجُومُ، أَوْشَكَ أَنْ تَضِلَّ الْهُدَاةُ»

"Verily, the example of the Ulemah on the earth is like the stars in the sky, they are a means of guidance in the darkness of the land and sea. When the stars are extinguished, the road farers are misled." (Reported by Ahmad)

You know that the camp of falsehood in this intellectual battle is trying to decorate its falsehood through propagating its fabrications by calling to the bankrupt secular, capitalist civilization, and decorating it with a façade with calls of freedoms, democracy, human rights and others, meanwhile working on buying the integrity of some corrupt sons of the Muslims to discredit the great Islamic civilization and the ideas of Islam. Western leaders are aware of the fact that once the Islamic idea permeates the souls and the passionate hearts, there will be no way to suppress and confront it. The world has witnessed that all the weapons of murder and oppression launched by America in Syria through its agent Assad were useless in suppressing the movement of the people, and that the destructive war machine supplied by America to the Jewish entity did not succeed in breaking the will of our people, the heroes of Gaza, despite the limited resources available to them.

Hence, I salute this blessed gathering of yours, and I appeal to you to honor the amanah which Allah (swt) has entrusted upon you, the trust of knowledge, to expound to the people the obligations of the Deen, the most important of which being the work to re-establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" state in which lies their pride and dignity and the pleasure of their Lord, so hurl the Truth against falsehood to crush it and expose it, may Allah (swt) bless your role in leading the Ummah to openly embrace the word of Truth, enjoin what is good and forbid what is evil and account the oppressive rulers and call upon the people of power and Nussrah (material support) to work with those working for the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" state, so that the Islamic Ummah returns as it was before:

((كُنْتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ تَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ))

"You are indeed the best nation that has ever been brought forth for mankind: you enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong, and you believe in Allah" [Ali-Imran: 110]

We ask the Almighty to unite us always in His obedience and love, to grant us victory, make His Deen victorious through us, and to honor us and you with the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" State on the method of Prophethood sooner rather than later.

He is indeed the Guardian of this and Able over this,
