Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Syria organized a seminar entitled "Features of the Coming Khilafah "Caliphate" State" delivered by Mr. Ahmed Abdel Wahab, Head of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Syria and Mr. Abdul Hamid Abdul Hamid member of the Central Committee of Communications in Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Syria in the town of Soran, Aleppo north.
