Nikolai Bordyuzha the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO)'s Secretary General talked to the Afghan correspondents in Moscow in response to the Afghan-U.S. Bilateral Security Agreement. "The CSTO will not pressure Afghanistan whether or not to sign the BSA with the US," he said. Expressing his concerns for the instability and militants' activities in the country, Bodyuzha announced that they have prepared a list of terrorist groups, and Russia is ready to support the CSTO member states to encounter these groups. He readout a few names of the Islamic groups such as; Al-Qaida, Turkistan Islamic Movement and Hizb ut Tahrir, that are in their so-called terrorist groups list. And he emphasized that out of all, Hizb ut Tahrir is the most dangerous group, operating in the CSTO jurisdiction. (Pajhwok News Agency, December 04,2013)

Denouncing this Kaffir's assertion, the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Afghanistan, in order to unveil the Kuffar's plots against the Ummah in the region, hereby draws attention to the following points;

1. The term "terrorism" is manufactured by the enemies of the Muslims and Islam, in order to oppress and slaughter Muslims, vilify our glorious Islam and the Islamic movements who want to reunite the Ummah and revive their single state, the Khilafah "Caliphate". In reality, the Ummah nowadays believes that the real and most dangerous terrorists are the United States of America, Russia, NATO member states and the rest of the crusaders.

2. All the Kuffar and crusaders have been acting collectively against the Islamic Ummah to avoid their reunion under the Islamic State. Few years ago against Chechnya, and now they have gathered together against the Islamic revolution in Syria, where the US, Russia, EU, China, Iran and others have taken a similar position. They have been supporting Bashar Assad to slaughter as many innocent Muslims as possible.

3. Now everyone knows that Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Afghanistan, unlike other Islamic militant groups, in full compliance with the method of our Prophet (saw), carries out its political and intellectual struggle across the globe, without committing any physical action, i.e. militant action.

4. Russian-led CSTO, the offspring of the Treaty of Versailles, is acting against the US and the NATO, and is still following its predecessor treaty's policies, that the US and NATO needs to keep busy in Afghanistan, waging the so-called war against terrorism and counter narcotics. It allows for Russia to have a chance to develop its military, economic, strategic and political programs.

5. Enlisting Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Afghanistan with the Jihadi Groups by the CSTO, is absolutely against the reality of the Hizb's activism. Because Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Afghanistan is not a Jihadi movement, rather it is an Islamic ideological political party, whose main goal is to revive the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" through intellectual and political struggle, which will spread the message of the truth to the rest of the world.

6. And they are absolutely true, that Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Afghanistan being is the most dangerous Islamic group to them. Because Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Afghanistan has emerged as the most powerful and consistent political and intellectual leader for the Islamic Ummah. The Hizb has been blessed with Allah's (swt) mercy, to further spread its influence among the Ummah and gain its strong support to lead them towards unity and honor.

And when Allah (swt) blesses the Islamic Ummah with the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate", it is the time that the equation of the international relations with the Islamic Ummah will completely change. And the UN Security Council, NATO and CSTO will no longer be able to accuse the sincere Muslims with different titles and imprison them for years and torture them. Then the Kuffar will not be able to declare war against the Islamic Ummah, it would rather be the Islamic Ummah under the Khilafah "Caliphate" who will declare Jihad against Taghoot, in order to carry out the Da'wah.
