Hasina Regime Chose to Stand beside the Mushrik State India when the Honor of our Beloved Prophet (saw) is under Attack by their Hindutva Rulers

Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Bangladesh, today Friday (10th June 2022) after Jumu'ah prayer organized protests in various mosque premises in Dhaka and Chittagong against the defamation of our beloved Prophet (saw) and Ummul Mu’minin Sayyidah Aisha (ra).

The speakers at the protests said: The lowly high-ranking mushrik leaders of India’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) - Nupur Sharma (national spokeswoman) and Naveen Kumar Jindal (Delhi media operation head) – have dared to make vulgar and demeaning remarks about our beloved Prophet (saw) and Ummul Mu’minin Sayyidah Aisha (ra) in a TV debate last week. But the ruling BJP did not expect such unprecedented level of protest and outrage from the Muslims whose hearts are bleeding. The bigoted mushriks have now become scared to see the fury of the Ummah who love their Prophet (saw) more than their lives and families. The Prophet (saw) said,

«فَوَ الَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَا يُؤْمِنُ أَحَدُكُمْ حَتَّى أَكُونَ أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ وَالِدِهِ وَوَلَدِهِ» "None of you will have faith till he loves me more than his father, his children and all mankind.” (Bukhari).

The speakers severely criticized the silence of the Hasina regime by saying: Even though the Muslims in Bangladesh are enraged but they are not shocked to see the deafening silence of the Hasina government on this attack on our Imaan. People never expect that secular Hasina government to come forward to defend the honor of our Prophet (saw), as they know the stance of Hasina Government against Islam and Muslims. Rather the people have seen the hypocrisy of the secular government. Her government was active in defending the secular values in the ‘teep incident’, showed great sincerity to defend a young girl’s freedom to wear vulgar dress in a train station and passed a law of ten-year imprisonment for defaming her father, Sheikh Mujib. But her government did not even bother to utter a single word against the Mushriks even to pretend to defend the honor of our beloved RasulAlla (saw). In fact, they have sold their deen to the kuffar and mushrikeen just to remain in the power. But, the helpless Muslims have nothing else to do other than calling for boycotts of Indian goods as they know that the spineless, puppet rulers of the Muslim world will do nothing more severe other than expressing some nominal diplomatic protest. Thus, this honorable Ummah have never abandoned fighting them in whatever capacity they have to defend the honor of their Prophet which is a part of their imaan (faith). RasulAllah (saw) said, «جاهِدُوا المُشرِكينَ بِأَموالِكُمْ وأَنْفُسِكُم وأَلسِنَتِكُم» “Fight the mushrikeen with your wealth, yourselves and your tongues” [Abu Dawud]. If general Muslims can call for boycotting of Indian goods, why the Muslim rulers cannot expel the India’s ambassadors from their lands or even mere threats to dispatch their powerful military to the enemy Hindu State to teach them a lesson! Their mere condemnations are deceptions to exploit the emotions of the Ummah for their vested interest.

The speakers reminded the Muslims of their responsibility by saying: O Muslims! We cannot defend the honor of our Prophet unless we bring back our true guardianship, the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate). Recall the 20th century history when France and Britain staged a play based on the writings of Voltaire titled “Mohammad or Fanaticism”, mocking the character of the Prophet (saw). When the Khalifah (Caliph) Abdul Hamid II was informed of the play, he threatened France of a serious political repercussions that forced her to promptly stop the play. Afterwards, Britain also stopped the play upon receiving the following ultimatum from the sultan: “I will issue an edict to the Islamic Ummah declaring that Britain is attacking and insulting our Prophet (saw). I will declare Jihad...”, although there was no need of Jihad while Britain also could not dare to stand in the name of freedom of speech. Therefore, we call upon you to accelerate your effort to bring back the Khilafah under the leadership of Hizb ut Tahrir.

Finally Speakers called upon the Sincere Officers in Bangladesh Military by saying: When your prophet is being insulted by the bigoted Mushrik rulers of India, you are in joint military exercise ‘sompriti’ (mutual love) with India’s military! How can your imaan let you show ‘mutual love’ for the army of the enemy Mushrik State which insults your beloved Rasul (saw)! Cannot you see that your sold-out generals are testing your imaan by compelling you to love the mushriks when you should be at war with them? These ‘sompriti’ exercises are clearly mocking of your faith by the Mushriks. Beware, O Officers! Allah Azza Wa Jal says that these belligerent mushriks will never cease to fight you, whereas you are embracing the enemy of Allah and Muslims with love by the orders of the sold-our rulers and generals:

(يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِمْ بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِمَا جَاءَكُمْ مِنْ الْحَقِّ)

“O you who believe! Do not take My enemies and your enemies for friends, offering them love and affection, while they have disbelieved in the truth that has come to you.” [Surah Al-Mumtahina:1].

O Descendants of Muhammad bin Qasim! Rise up from this slumber and defeatism when only you hold the key to the power. Remove the secular regime and give ‘nusrah’ (material support) to the courageous party Hizb ut Tahrir to reestablish the Khilafah Rashidah. Only the Khilafah can give the befitting reply to the Mushrik State India and punish her for all her aggression and audacity. So, play your vital role to fulfil the prophecy and save yourselves from the Hellfire:

«عِصَابَتَانِ مِنْ أُمَّتِي أَحْرَزَهُمَا اللَّهُ مِنْ النَّارِ عِصَابَةٌ تَغْزُو الْهِنْدَ وَعِصَابَةٌ تَكُونُ مَعَ عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَام»

“Two groups of my Ummah Allah has protected from the Hellfire: a group that will conquer India and a group that will be with ‘Isa ibnu Maryam.” [Ahmad and An-Nisa’i]
