All praise is to Allah and the prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah and upon his family, companions, and the who followed him and emulated his steps, thus making the Islamic Aqeedah the basis of his thought and making the Ahkam Ash-Shar’iah the measure for his actions and the source of his rulings….

Ahmad extracted by way of Muhammad Bin Ziyad who said: I heard Abu Hurairah (ra) saying: The Prophet (saw) said or he said: Abu al-Qaasim (saw) said: «صُومُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ، وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ، فَإِنْ غُبِيَ عَلَيْكُمْ فَعُدُّوا ثَلَاثِينَ». “Observe fast on sighting it (the new moon) and break it on sighting it. But if (due to clouds) the actual position of the month is concealed from you, you should then count thirty (days).”.

And after investigating the new moon of Shawwal in this night, Monday night, the sighting of the new moon has not been affirmed according to the Shar’iah method. Consequently, tomorrow, Tuesday, will be the last and completing day of the month of Ramadan Inshaa’ Allah whilst the day after tomorrow, Wednesday, will be the first day of the month of Shawwal and the first day of the blessed Eid ul-Fitr.

Upon this occasion, the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the eminent Scholar Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah (May Allah protect him) congratulates you and all of the sons and daughters of the Noble Islamic Ummah with the coming of the Eid… He asks Allah Subhaanahu to bestow upon us the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" that will apply the Shar’iah of Allah upon the earth and carry Islam to the world as a message of guidance and light; the state of justice that will liberate the lands and deal fairly with the people, the state of Al-Jihad through which the openings will continue. So that the people will make Takbeer in their Eids and at the time of their openings: Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Laa Ilaaha Illallah, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Wa Lillah al-Hamd…

Just as I carry the congratulations of the Head of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir and the workers, to the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir and all of the Muslims for a blessed Eid ul-Fitr. It is an Eid that Allah intended to be a joy for those fasting, a manifestation of the unity of the Muslims and as a reminder that they are one Ummah to the exclusion of all people.

O Muslims in every place...

Do not be deceived by all of the dominations of Kufr gathering to pounce upon you and the conspiring of the rulers with the enemy colonialist against you. And I remind you that the chiefs of Quraish after failing to repress the voice of truth and to extinguish the light of the Islamic Da’wah in Makkah, they found no recourse except to conspire to kill the Messenger of Allah (saw). However, Allah Subhaanahu refused except to make their conspiracy collapse and their plot fail. And that was despite their arrival at the cave that the Prophet (saw) and his companions Abu Bakr (ra) were in. The Noble Qur’an preserved this historical moment in His Speech Ta’Aalaa:

﴿إِلَّا تَنصُرُوهُ فَقَدْ نَصَرَهُ اللَّـهُ إِذْ أَخْرَجَهُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ثَانِيَ اثْنَيْنِ إِذْ هُمَا فِي الْغَارِ إِذْ يَقُولُ لِصَاحِبِهِ لَا تَحْزَنْ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ مَعَنَا ۖ فَأَنزَلَ اللَّـهُ سَكِينَتَهُ عَلَيْهِ وَأَيَّدَهُ بِجُنُودٍ لَّمْ تَرَوْهَا وَجَعَلَ كَلِمَةَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا السُّفْلَىٰ ۗ وَكَلِمَةُ اللَّـهِ هِيَ الْعُلْيَا ۗ وَاللَّـهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ﴾

“If you do not aid the Prophet - Allah has already aided him when those who disbelieved had driven him out [of Makkah] as one of two, when they were in the cave and he said to his companion, "Do not grieve; indeed Allah is with us." And Allah sent down his tranquility upon him and supported him with angels you did not see and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowest, while the word of Allah - that is the highest. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.” [At-Taubah: 40]

Indeed, do not be deceived by the states of Kufr pouncing together upon you as that is no more than a sign indicating their inability and failure, and the inability and failure of their agent traitor rulers to make the Muslims kneel within the yoke of slavery…  They, by Allah’s permission, will never succeed in that because their houses (structures) are weaker that the spider’s web. What you are witnessing represents no more than the last breath of life of the oppressive era (Al-Jabriy) which is on the verge of disappearance. So strengthen your resolve and hold fast to the rope of Allah to remove those rulers and establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" (Caliphate) upon the methodology of the Prophethood.

I ask Allah (swt) that He has accepted from us and from you the fasting and standing in prayer, and the kneeling, prostration and all actions. Just as we ask Him to return it (the month of Ramadan) to the Islamic Ummah after He has honoured it with a just and rightly guided Khalifah behind which it is protected and fights… Who will lead them by the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger sallalahu alaihi wa sallam … And that is not a difficult matter for Allah.

And for the joy to be completed it is necessary for the Islamic life to be resumed in all of its various fields: in politics, economics, the social and educational systems and all aspects of life. And for the joy to be completed it is necessary to build the great fortress of Islam; the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" (Caliphate) upon the methodology of the Prophethood.

And to the Eid of (all) Eids and the work to accomplish it I call you. And make the conclusion of your Eid the compliance to the command of Allah (swt) by working with the sincere workers to give might and honour to the Deen and for its to be made firm and consolidated, so that we will make Takbeer all together on the day of the manifest and clear victory; the Takbeer of the obedient, praising and repenting victors…
