Russia Attempts to Pin the Charge of Terrorism on the Most Distinguished Political Party to Justify its Oppression and Bankruptcy!
(Translated)

Under the headline: "The Russian Security Service arrests a terrorist cell affiliated with Hizb ut Tahrir," Russia Today published a report on February 5, 2025, stating that "The Russian Federal Security Service dismantled a terrorist cell affiliated with Hizb ut Tahrir in Crimea and arrested five individuals who were recruiting supporters for the party, which is banned in Russia." A video was shown depicting the arrest operation and house raids.

It was clear in that video that what was found in the Shabab’s homes were copies of the Noble Quran, books, and Islamic intellectual and political booklets—publications of Hizb ut Tahrir that are globally distributed and well-known for their content. The arrest footage also showed that the homes of these Shabab were simple, unfortified, and not suspicious. Their residents opened their doors in modest civilian clothing, some even in sleepwear, without showing any resistance or violence. After the search, no weapons or any tools of violence or terrorism were found, which was expected and known.

Hizb ut Tahrir, in all its areas of operation across various countries, remains the same Hizb in its idea and method, which it has neither changed nor altered. It follows the very path of the Messenger of Allah (saw) in establishing the first Islamic state—a highly intellectual and political approach, in which there is no place for violence or terrorism. This is a well-known fact about the Hizb, recognized by researchers, studies, and observers alike, and never has it been proven that the Hizb engaged in such acts.

The Russian regime’s attempt to accuse the Hizb and its members of terrorism is a desperate effort driven by its intellectual bankruptcy and aimed at justifying its oppression of the Hizb while discouraging society from supporting it—especially as it sees the esteem and respect that Muslims there hold for the Hizb and its members. However, how can the Russian regime possibly distort the image of the Hizb or tarnish its reputation when it remains spotless and pure, free from any blemish?

The Hizb’s Shabab will remain steadfast in their commitment to what they pledged to Allah, and with His Help, the Hizb will continue its intellectual and political work until Allah grants it victory and enables it to resume Islamic life under the Second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood—spreading Islam as a religion of mercy, justice, and tranquility, so that nations enter it in crowds, escaping the oppression of capitalism and the tyranny of rulers, and so that people distinguish truth from falsehood.

Allah Almighty says:

[هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَكَفَى بِاللهِ شَهِيداً]

“It is He who sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion. And sufficient is Allah as Witness” [Al-Fath 48:28].
