Reject Obama, the President of Imperialism

It is reported that U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama will visit again to Indonesia, specifically to Bali. He will attend the ASEAN Summit and ASEAN - East Asia Summit on November 17 to 19 of November. His main agenda is declaration of the Ethic Code of the South China Sea.

Regarding to this Hizb ut-Tahrir Indonesia is warning that Obama is the president of an Imperialist country which clearly colonize Muslim countries, like Iraq and Afghanistan. U.S. also continues to attack the border region of Pakistan and Afghanistan. As a result, these countries are now falling apart not only physically, but also socially, politically, economically and culturally. The damage and significant casualties are countless.

Imperialism or colonialism is a method to spread capitalism and keep economic interests and political domination remain.  For the U.S., Southeast Asia is a very strategic region. Here are the Straits of Malacca, Strait of Sunda and the Strait of Lombok. These are the world's trade routes.

Militarily, Southeast Asia is also important as the United States military post in the western Pacific and Indian Ocean to confront the increasing influence of China's military to Southeast Asia. So that U.S. military dominance in the region remains strong. Southeast Asia as the largest Muslim population in the world should be kept as a representative of moderate Islam. Namely, the Islamic model that is more accommodating of U.S. global interests in the Muslim world. While politically, Southeast Asia is considered as the second front for war on terrorism.

In particular, Indonesia is a very strategic partner to maintain U.S. interests in the region. The United States' energy needs are very large, and Indonesia is one source of meeting those needs. Therefore, the U.S. wants to continue to extend the mastery of oil and gas fields and mines through his corporations such as ExxonMobil in Aceh, and the Natuna Islands Cepu, Unocal, Texaco in East Kalimantan, Riau Caltex-Chevron, Conoco and Freeport in Papua. According to the doctrine of the Mac Arthur, Papua is a region rich in natural resources and it is very suitable to serve as a Sub Marine Base (military base.) Therefore, the U.S. openly or covertly continues to encourage the special autonomy for Papua.

That is the President who will visit Indonesia! He is a sadistic person no different from his predecessor Bush. He is a figure who always works for the interest of capitalism through imperialism.

Based on all the mentioned above, Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia:

1. Rejects the presence of U.S. President Barrack Hussein Obama to Indonesia and all his actions in Muslim countries like Iraq and Afghanistan, including in Indonesia, it means the U.S. has intentionally hostile to Muslims. The attack on a Muslim country is essentially an attack on all Muslims. Therefore, in view of Islamic law, the U.S. now includes categories muhariban fi'lan or a country which is openly in the de facto fighting against Muslims. President of a country like it should be rejected as a guest.

2. The visit of Obama in the Summit is to strengthen his domination in East Asia, including Indonesia. Obama's presence in the forum is to ensure that capitalism is still the strongly dominating ideology on the politic and economic in the regions and his economic and political interests remain dominating. It means his presence is to strengthen U.S. imperialism on the regions.

3. Calls upon all Muslims to strive seriously and fight to build up Islamic life by establishing Khilafah "Caliphate". Only Khilafah "Caliphate" can protect Muslims countries from imperialism politically and economically. Only Khilafah "Caliphate" can protect their honor and dignity. Secular systems and unreliable rulers can only make Muslim countries harassed and damaged.
