The arrest of Jalal Hussein in Peshawar
The Rulers and there Secret Sleuths are Using the Failed Tactics of Abu Jahl, Fir'uon, and Nimrod to Prevent the Non-Pliable, Non-Compromising Dawah of Hizb ut-Tahrir

Hizb is openly calling the sincere among the people of power to the support of Islam which has disturbed the sleep of the rulers and their masters. In reaction they have kidnapped Jalal Hussain, member of the party. More than a month has passed since. Jalal Hussain was kidnapped by the secret military agency on 26 September from Khalid Bin Waleed Park masjid in Saddar Peshawar after the Friday prayers. Later, under the Ummah's pressure he was shifted to the political agent who imposed 40 FCR against him and confined him in Central Jail Peshawar. Whereas the reality is that legally FCR even does not apply to Jalal Hussain as he is neither the citizen nor arrested from Tribal Area. Due to the continued absence Jalal Hussain has to lose his job. Phone and mobile tapping of his family and relatives is going on since his arrest. Not just this, now a new series of house raids, harassment and efforts to evict his other relatives from job has been launched. On the other hand, Hizb has taken oath that it will continue its non-pliable, non-compromising dawah in an active and persistent way following the footsteps of the companions of the Prophet (saw) and the Hawariun of the Isa-ibn- Maryum (as) and establish Khilafah "Caliphate" with the will of Allah (swt). These treacherous rulers and their disciples has used the failed tactic of the hundred and thousand years old Fir'uon against the Hizb, not knowing, that such mean tactics do not work against the people of faith. Allah (swt) said;

[قَالَ لَئِنْ اتَّخَذْتَ إِلَهًَا غَيْرِي لَأَجْعَلَنَّكَ مِنْ الْمَسْجُونِينَ]

"Fir'aun (Pharaoh) said: "If You choose an Ilâh (God) other than Me, I will certainly put You among the prisoners."[الشعراء: 29]

Prisons, torture and death are easy for the shabaab of Hizb ut-Tahrir than to what these traitor rulers demand from us i.e. betrayal of Allah and His Prophet Muhammad (saw) and slavery to the colonialist. O rulers! Do whatever you want to plot, Allah is also planning, and who is better in planning to Allah!!! 

[وَإِذْ يَمْكُرُ بِكَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِيُثْبِتُوكَ أَوْ يَقْتُلُوكَ أَوْ يُخْرِجُوكَ وَيَمْكُرُونَ وَيَمْكُرُ اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ]

"and (remember) when the disbelievers plotted against You (O Muhammad ) to imprison you, or to kill you, or to exile you; they were plotting and Allâh too was planning, and Allâh is the best of the planners." (الأنفال:30)
