Amendment in Anti-Terrorism Law is a Lawful Terrorism Against the People
The purpose of this Law is to Suppress Anti-American Voices and Make Pakistan a Police State

The amendment in the anti-terrorism laws is actually a lawful terrorism against the people of Pakistan. The purpose of this amendment is not to bring to justice and make an example of those who are responsible for bomb blasts, sectarian killings, attacks on military installations, which is the Raymond Davis network, which is behind all these acts of terrorism. All the evidences are available against these kuffar Americans who are involved in these crimes including CCTV footage, but they are being provided with thousands of visas, they are allowed to have rented houses in most sensitive area of Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta and when ever anyone of them is caught red handed, like Raymond Davis himself, they are assisted to escape safely from the country by Kayani, Zardari and other American agents in political and military leadership. So, it is not the purpose of this amendment to bring terrorists under the law, rather its purpose is to equip Kayani and his accomplices with a legal excuse through which they can spy on their own citizens, so that everyone in Pakistan who is against the American Raj in Pakistan, is against the so-called war against terrorism and expose Kayani and his small band of traitors in their treacheries, will be declared terrorist by making fake videos and telephone data against them. This amendment has once again proved that like dictatorship, democracy, its institutions and personalities affiliated with it, only work to protect the American interests. In the Musharraf era, LFO and NRO were promulgated to legitimize the American military and political interference in Pakistan. Now today in a democratic set up, this amendment provides legal cover to the government to suppress each and every voice against American Raj. It is ironic that as the Arab Spring has rocked the Muslim World, such that the repressive and tyrannical regimes are falling way to give way to more open societies, Kayani and his friends in political and military leadership in Pakistan are following the foot steps of Saddam Hussain, Qaddafi and Husni Mubarak and making war against terrorism as an excuse to turn the country in to a police state. Before this amendment the actual law, which was promulgated in 1997 has not been able to cleanse Pakistan of terrorism rather it further increased because the American terrorists stayed. This law will provide Kayani and other American agents in political and military leadership the opportunity to further fan this war of Fitna and the people will be oppressed with the hands of police and intelligence agencies.

Hizb ut-Tahrir calls upon journalists, intellectuals, politicians, human rights organizations and the legal fraternity to oppose this oppressive amendment and fulfill their duty to stop rulers from perpetrating this oppression. Also Hizb ut-Tahrir calls upon the sincere in the armed forces that they must move to stop Kayani and his friends in the political and military leadership from treachery and provide the Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir to establish Khilafah "Caliphate", so that Pakistan can be liberated from American hegemony and this war of Fitna.
