Establishing the Khilafah is a Duty, Not a Crime Raheel-Nawaz Regime Abducts Advocate for Khilafah

On Friday 24th January 2014, whilst distributing the "Open Letter to General Raheel Sharif" in Islamabad, an activist of Hizb ut tahrir was abducted by agency thugs.

Hizb ut tahrir / Wilayah Pakistan denounces the abduction of our noble brother. Hizb ut tahrir asks: Why does the regime seek to silence demands to close the American embassies, bases and Raymond Davis network in Pakistan? Should not the regime itself eradicate the American network that attacks our armed forces and civilians in black, false-flag attacks, so as to ignite a war of Fitna between the tribal people and the armed forces for the pleasure of America? What possesses the Raheel-Nawaz regime that it adopted abduction rather than trial for the caller to Islam? Is it that it fears that the message of Islam, and the call for its Khilafah "Caliphate", will reach even more of the right ears through court proceedings?

And we must add to our denouncement a reminder of the terrible cost the regime has incurred on itself for this abduction, the anger of Allah (swt). The Messenger of Allah peace be upon him said in the Hadeeth Qudsi: «إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَالَ مَنْ عَادَى لِي وَلِيًّا فَقَدْ آذَنْتُهُ بِالْحَرْبِ» "Allah said, Whosoever harms my Wali I will declare a war against him ..." [Bukhari].

And Hizb ut tahrir / Wilayah Pakistan assures the Ummah that the time for persecution and oppression is drawing to an end. None of those who side with America and its tyranny are immune to the winds of change. Their peers amongst the tyrants and Pharaohs thought of themselves as if they are immortals on the earth and gods other than Allah (swt). However, they were met by what Allah ordained for them. And the wisest of them will stand aside to make way for the Ummah's march for the Khilafah "Caliphate" in the hope of clemency.

[إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا]

"Verily, Allah will accomplish his purpose. Indeed Allah has set a measure for all things." [Surah al-Talaaq 65:3]
