Attempts to Approve the CEDAW Agreement
is a Dangerous Slip into the Filthy, Immoral, and Dissolute Pit

The Ministry of Justice revealed its persistence to approve the CEDAW agreement which annihilates all forms of discrimination against women, and the agreement of combating torture, though reserving some of the articles. The Ministry also announced that it informed the Council of Ministers its recommended steps.

We, the Women’s Section of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan, reveal for the Muslims the following:

Firstly: The agreement of combating all forms of discrimination against women, as was referred in 1979 and approved by the General Organization of the UN, is a commitment to the Western capitalistic values which separate religion from life, and every article of its 30 articles is globalizing what’s happening in the Western society whose stench has filled the noses. These values which were weakly brought forth by those who rejected Allah’s sovereignty in life, thus unleashing the woman allowing her to commit immoral acts calling it personal freedom, to go out with whoever she wants, to reserve the right to break the marriage contract whenever she wants, and to reserve her right for an abortion and limit the number of children she’ll have as if there’s no authority over her and no guardian!! In addition, the woman is fully equal to the man in inheritance and others, meaning that approving the CEDAW agreement is a strategized destruction of all the Islamic values in the society, and substituting the Islamic values with the lowly laws of the disbelievers; which have burdened their societies and destroyed them completely. “According to the Sudanese legal laws, any agreement approved by Sudan is considered a part of its legal frame of the country, and that any article in the law objecting it means that it should be adjusted or deleted, that is according to the Sudanese constitution in the year 2005, in particular article number 27, the Announcement of Rights”. This means that the Islamic laws will be abandoned in order to make way for the Western values. This is indeed a challenge against the Sharia of Allah (swt) without any sense of shame or secrecy.

Secondly: In order to ensure the practical implementation of the agreement, the countries which approved it have demanded the establishment of the concept of equality between the two genders in its local laws, and deleting what they call “discriminatory decrees” from its laws; meaning here the Islamic rules, and working to enforce these new laws in order to protect from what they call the forms of discrimination against the woman. These countries must also found courts and public institutions in order all this.

O those who are fasting and praying at night for Allah, O fasting obedient Muslim women:

The CEDAW agreement is for pushing the nations of the world, especially the Muslim ones, to adopt the Western values and the capitalistic and democratic concepts, which is a deep pit that the Western disbelieving society has fallen in, thus becoming morally corrupt and tramping in the darkness. It cannot come out of it except through the justice of Islam, by a campaign to rescue them, rather than us accepting to be like animals after Allah (swt) has honored us and elevated our status.

The Sudanese government must know that we shall be holding on the Sharia rules of Allah (swt) and we shall be biting on it with our teeth, because we are the servants of Allah, The Lord of both Worlds, and because Allah (swt) is The Creator of humankind (males and females). He (swt) is most knowledgeable of the nature and instincts of the human being, and He (swt) knows the nature of the males and that of the females, and what the males need and what the females need: [أَلا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ]“Does He Who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Acquainted?” [Al-Mulk: 14]. Only He (swt) has the right to legislate rules which solve the human being’s problems and fulfill his instincts and his organic needs in an organized fulfillment which guarantees for him the happiness, wellness, security, stability, guidance, and correction of the individual and the group. This is what we look forward to live under its shade, under the shade of the second Khilafah Rashidah state (rightly guided Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood which is already high time for it. The State will also punish all those whose hands became dirty with the filthiness of the agreement which is based on the laws of immorality, corruption and sins… very soon we shall witness this.
