For the Muslim Brotherhood and Organizations Working in Palestinian Affairs
(Translated)

The issue of restoring Palestine to the arms of the Islamic Ummah, and purifying it from the impurity of the Jews, is the issue of all Muslims. It is not the issue of the people of Palestine alone, as the monstrosity of the Jews wants it, and ahead of it are the rulers of the Kufr and colonial West, and behind them are the rulers of the harmful states in the Muslim countries. Al-Aqsa Mosque was the first qiblah towards which Muslims prayed, and it is the journey of the beloved Prophet, peace be upon him, and before that and after that it is the land around which Allah has blessed. Allah Almighty says:

(سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي أَسْرَى بِعَبْدِهِ لَيْلاً مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ الْأَقْصَى الَّذِي بَارَكْنَا حَوْلَهُ لِنُرِيَهُ مِنْ آيَاتِنَا إِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ)

“Glory be to the One Who took His servant ˹Muḥammad˺ by night from the Sacred Mosque to the Farthest Mosque whose surroundings We have blessed, so that We may show him some of Our signs. Indeed, He alone is the All-Hearing, All-Seeing.” [TMQ Al-Israa: 1]

Bait Al-Maqdis was one of the first to be conquered by Muslims, where he received the key to the Holy City, the second Khalifah ar-Rashid (rightly guided Caliph), Al-Faruq Omar Ibn Al-Khattab, May Allah be pleased with him, and wrote the covenant known as the Omari Pact, which among its clauses: “That Jews do not live in the Holy Land.”

Throughout their reign, Muslims remained the preservers of Al-Aqsa and its mosque until the Abbasid state weakened, so the Crusaders occupied Jerusalem for more than eighty years, during which the Muslims did not give up Palestine and Al-Aqsa until Allah decreed Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi, and he liberated Jerusalem from the Crusaders, and united the Muslims and their army, and he had victory on Friday, the twenty-seventh of Rajab al-Khair in 583 AH.

Then the Ottoman Caliphate preserved Palestine even in its weakest state, as the Jews tried to lure Sultan Abdul Hamid II with money in exchange for allowing Jews to immigrate to it.He, May Allah have mercy on him, rejected the demands of the Jews made by the Zionist Jew Herzl, saying: “Give advise to Dr. Herzl not to take any further steps in his project. I cannot give away a handful of the soil of this land for it is not my own, it is for all the Islamic Nation that fought for the sake of this land and watered it with their blood. The Jews may keep their millions. If the Islamic Caliphate is one day destroyed then they will be able to take Palestine without a price. But while I am alive, I would rather push a sword into my body than see the land of Palestine cut and given away from the Islamic State. This will not be. I will not start cutting our bodies while we are alive”

And he was right, may Allah’s mercy be upon him, for Palestine was taken without a price after the Khilafah (Caliphate) State was demolished and the Muslim lands were torn apart and occupied by the colonial Kuffar. Then they gave these fragments the so-called independence, with which they created functional mini-states that serve their interests, and carry out their plots against Muslims through watchdogs, who made them with an eye for insight. They handed them the rule, and they led the Ummah in the path of astray, so they transformed the issue of Palestine from an Islamic issue to an Arab issue, claiming a false struggle against the Jewish entity, while they were originally the protectors of the Jews from the guns of the faithful ones reaching them. And these rulers still dwarfed the issue until they made it a Palestinian issue in which Muslims and Arabs have nothing to do with. Then they trotted towards public normalisation with this monstrous entity, after they had been normalising in secret.

And while the attack of the Jewish entity on the people of the blessed land of Palestine intensifies these days, killing, abusing and besieging, and while the herds of settlers are wreaking havoc and assault on the people, and their incursions into Al-Aqsa have increased in intensity, rudeness, and Judaization, and while the people of Palestine and their sons are confronting the Jewish entity with all solidity, heroism, daring and courage. The factions gather in Algeria under the auspices of the Algerian regime to sign a new reconciliation agreement under the name of the Algiers Declaration, which is nothing but a continuation of the absurd management and sick approach that has led to the issue of Palestine to loss and deterioration. It is treachery to put our issues in the hands of our enemies in the so-called international community, which was originally the one who created this monstrosity, and it is still providing it with the means of life.

O Muslims: The crimes of the Jewish entity do not stop and the Muslim rulers are complicit in its crimes, and their media fanfare will not protect the blood of our brothers in Palestine who are killed in cold blood morning and evening by the Jewish machine of oppression.

The cause of Palestine is based on Islam, and its liberation is the responsibility of the Islamic nation and its armies. That is why we direct our appeal to the nation of goodness in all parts of the earth, and to its armies, to our sons in the armed forces from officers and soldiers. For throughout history, Bait Al-Maqdis has been the issue that brings the scattered Islamic Ummah together, so it gathers its strength. It overcomes its weakness and defeats its enemy. On its land, the Crusaders were defeated, and the Mongols were defeated.

The Islamic Ummah is able today to uproot the Jewish entity from its roots, and the weakness that has befallen it today is nothing but a temporary weakness caused by the betrayal of the rulers of the harmful states who are keen to show it in weakness manner.

So O Muslim armies, in the name of the Islamic Ummah, we seek your victory and address you with the Almighty’s saying:

(يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمُ انْفِرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ اثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ أَرَضِيتُمْ بِالْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا مِنَ الْآخِرَةِ فَمَا مَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ * إِلَّا تَنْفِرُوا يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَاباً أَلِيماً وَيَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْماً غَيْرَكُمْ وَلَا تَضُرُّوهُ شَيْئاً وَاللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ)

“O believers! What is the matter with you that when you are asked to march forth in the cause of Allah, you cling firmly to ˹your˺ land?1 Do you prefer the life of this world over the Hereafter? The enjoyment of this worldly life is insignificant compared to that of the Hereafter.” [TMQ At-Tawbah:38]. And the Al-Mighty saying:

(وَمَا لَكُمْ لَا تُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَالْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ الَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ الظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا وَاجْعَلْ لَنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ وَلِيّاً وَاجْعَلْ لَنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ نَصِيراً)

“And what is it with you? You do not fight in the cause of Allah and for oppressed men, women, and children who cry out, “Our Lord! Deliver us from this land of oppressors! Appoint for us a saviour; appoint for us a helper—all by Your grace.” [TMQ An-Nisa: 75].

And that you are able to make the Jewish entity an impact after an eye, and scatter the ones behind it from the colonial powers, and this requires you to demolish the thrones of the tyrants from the reckless rulers, and give the support to the workers to restore a Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood, with which the Muslim countries and the armies of the Muslims will be united. To play its role in purifying the Holy Land from the defilement of Jews and others, our Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, has given glad tidings that we will defeat the Jews, but we will not defeat them as Arabs or Palestinians, but we will defeat them as Muslims, and that will only happen if we are united in one entity; Khilafah Rashidah upon the method of the Prophethood, the Messenger (saw) said in the hadith narrated by Imam Muslim on the authority of Abu Hurayrah that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يُقَاتِلَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ الْيَهُودَ، فَيَقْتُلُهُمْ الْمُسْلِمُونَ، حَتَّى يَخْتَبِئَ الْيَهُودِيُّ مِنْ وَرَاءِ الْحَجَرِ وَالشَّجَرِ، فَيَقُولُ الْحَجَرُ أَوْ الشَّجَرُ: يَا مُسْلِمُ يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ، هَذَا يَهُودِيٌّ خَلْفِي فَتَعَالَ فَاقْتُلْهُ، إِلَّا الْغَرْقَدَ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْ شَجَرِ الْيَهُودِ»

“The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him; but the tree Gharqad would not say, for it is the tree of the Jews.”
