Press Release
Following the Path of the Kaffir West and Borrowing its Viewpoint in Life is a Shame, Disgrace and Intellectually Deficient that is devastating to societies
(Translated)
The National Council for Child Welfare in Sudan initiated the preparation of a plan to address the issues of child marriage in its various aspects in Sudan, where according to the Council in a press release on Sunday, 15 December 2013 that the marriage of children in Sudan has seen an increase in the period of 2006 to 2010, which had a negative impact on the educational opportunities for girls, where the percentage of school drop-outs exceeded 71%, especially in East Darfur. The Council declared in its statement the results of a study it carried out that is specific to the knowledge, attitudes and practices regarding child marriage in the period from July 2012 to January 2013, and the study represents part of a global study funded by the United Nations Children's Fund to understand the social norms about child marriage. The statement said that the study was conducted in six states in Sudan including Khartoum, Gedaref, as well as Southern and Western states, East and Central Darfur under the supervision of national consultant, and in close cooperation with the Council and its branches in the States, several newspapers addressed the topic, including Alintibaha and Khartoum published on Monday, 16/12/2013.
In western capitalist states, there is a chronic crisis embodied in children's practice of sex at an early age, in Britain alone, we find that "the number of pregnant child mothers of non-marriage reaches 70% of married women... and 55% of every one thousand female child is pregnant... 86% of children born in Britain are from non-married couple" (Middle East Newspaper Issue No. 11494); resulting in millions of children born into adultery.
The representative of the United Nations Fund for Residents spoke regarding minors marriage in 2012 in Sudan stating that 95% of teenage pregnancies aged between 5-19 years old occur within marriage, this is Allah's grace upon us, despite the facilities provided by the government through the Higher Council for Childhood, being an arm of the Kuffar, guiding, helping and promoting their rotten goods in our societies, while Allah (swt) says:
(وَدُّواْ لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ كَمَا كَفَرُواْ فَتَكُونُونَ سَوَاء فَلاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ مِنْهُمْ أَوْلِيَاء)
"They would love to see you deny the truth even as they have denied it, so that you should be like them. Do not, therefore, take them for your allies" [An-Nisaa: 89]
Following the path of the Kaffir West and borrowing its viewpoint in life is a shame, disgrace and intellectually deficient is devastating to our societies, it is a major (sin) which Allah (swt) will account for, all who call for it, which is the spreading of obscenity and immorality in our societies after Allah (swt) made society a protected fortress through strict Legislative Rulings (Ahkam Shari'ah), which has nothing to do with their delusion of dropping out of schooling because of economic reasons; turning female students into house workers in order to pay the tuition fees, it also has nothing to do with poverty, which is caused by dependency on the Capitalist system which has impoverished the land and people.
Islam considers childhood as the age before puberty, and responsibility is linked to the reaching the age of manhood for boys, and womanhood for girls, thus the person becomes accountable for all rulings of Islam. As for the age of 18, which is being promoted by the Western lackeys as the age of marriage, it has no place in the Deen of Allah, and marriage before or after it is permitted (mubah), no one whosoever they may be can make it forbidden to marry before this age until the Day of Judgment, its ruling is Mubah (permissible) in the Text (Qur'an and Sunnah) and Ijmaa' (Consensus of Sahaba), Allah (swt) said:
"And if you have reason to fear that you might not act equitably towards orphans, then marry from among [other] women such as are lawful to you - [even] two, or three, or four: but if you have reason to fear that you might not be able to treat them with equal fairness, then [only] one - or [from among] those whom you rightfully possess. This will make it more likely that you will not deviate from the right course." [An-Nisaa 4]
"Orphans" here refer to immature women, the Prophet (saw) said:
«لا يُتم بعد احتلام»
"There is no orphan after the age of puberty"
We are proud of these Legislative Rulings and thank Allah (swt) for the blessing of Islam, and the Khilafah "Caliphate" State which will soon be established by the Grace and Strength of Allah (swt), will carry Islam's civilization to the West to save it from the mixing of lineages, sexually transmitted diseases and destruction of their own societies, on that day the believers will rejoice over the victory of Allah (swt).
