Arab Women Charter: Removing Women from the Guidance of Ar-Rahman to the Delusions of the Shaytan
(Translated)

The head of the Arab Women Organization for the current session (2013 - 2015 CE), Widad Babiker, wife of the Sudanese president has confirmed on Saturday, 25/01/2014 CE that the organization held a number of conferences which approved the adoption of the Arab Women Revival Charter, in addition to the priorities of its work to achieve the aspirations of the Arab women. She stressed Sudan's commitment to all the agreements that it has ratified which deals in women's issues in health, environment, education, political participation and conflict resolution.

On her part, the President of the Preparatory Committee for the Arab Women's Forum, Masha'ir Ad-Dawlab, the Minister of Welfare and Social Security, has stressed "that Sudan's commitment to the resolutions of the Arab Women Revival Charter. She pointed out to developing plans and programs to promote women in the center and the provinces, in order to support the programs and plans of providing education, and achieve the development Goals, gender equality, and social growth." Ad-Dawlab also added that "her country supports all women's issues in the field of reproductive health, which reduces maternal mortality, and to participate in the work, and equal opportunity in promotions, and the provision of microfinance ... and she confirmed that Sudan is one of the first countries that gave women the right to vote and stand in various fields even the presidency..." Such a charter does not affect women's problems in any way, because it is based on legislation of humans, and turns a blind eye completely to the legislation of the Lord of humans in relation to the rules pertaining to women, let alone achieves the aspirations of women that came out in the spring of revolutions, campaigning in Tunisia and Egypt. .. and others, sacrificing herself and her sons and daughters in order to break free from injustice and the violations of rights caused by the government of damage which subjected Muslims, including women to poverty, ignorance, and combined backwardness and retardation in what is known as the Arab League; created by the colonizers to replace the Islamic state, the Khilafah "Caliphate", caring for women's rights and sacrificing the lives to defend them.

The interest of Sudan in the conventions it ratified is not a source of pride, but it is a sin, Allah will account all those who have participated in the planning and promotion of the western values, because they apply the Kufr systems; that brought about the western societies' decline; inflicted it by diseases that were unknown to their predecessors, and mixed lineage to the extent that the son is not certain if his father is his actual biological father!

O Muslim Sisters:

The believer is intelligent, so do not be fooled. The development goals and the alleged social growth, education and equality, are hidden poison that implements Western capitalist system to strip the woman of her right, and from being safeguarded by her guardian who takes care of her and her affairs. The capitalist system promotes women as a commodity to be bought and sold, and to be used to satisfy the desires of the vile; instead of being presented as an honour that should be protected as guaranteed by Islam. The adoption of reproductive health provides a safe haven for all perils and immorality wrong-doing and debauchery, instead of honor, which is the most valuable asset to women. They seek to remove Muslim women from the guidance of Ar-Rahman to the delusions of the Shaytan!

Microfinance that the minister finds promising is prohibited and deserves the wrath of Allah (swt), because it is usury; concealed in transparent wrapping, visible to all who have sight.

As for nomination of women for the presidency, it is the fundamentals of governance in Islam that women must not be a ruler nor assume a post relating to ruling; and this does not detract from her status, but it is an Islamic ruling and an obligation to abide by, because the Prophet (saw) said:

«لَنْ يُفْلِحَ قَوْمٌ وَلَّوْا أَمْرَهُمُ امْرَأَةً»

"The people who appoint a woman as a ruler will not be successful" [narrated by Bukhari in his Sahih.]

But the Shariah gives her the right to choose the ruler and give him the Islamic pledge of allegiance, similar to the man in that.

The women in the Islamic life have a strong determination, like Umm Umara and Umm Manee' in the second pledge of Aqaba, they adopt the Islamic ruling and account the ruler if he falls into error and in return he praises her and does not suppress her, just like at the time of Al-Farouk, who said, "A woman is right and Umar is wrong." Women will be in the Ummah Council for accounting, she will be a judge, a doctor and the combatant like Khawla bint Al-Azwar who achieved Allah's pleasure.

O you who gathered to pass the Arab Women Charter on the basis of the Arab Women's International Charter, fear Allah in yourselves and in your sisters, and work for the pleasure of Ar-Rahman, and call for the full implementation of Islam, including the social system that gives women their rights and explains their duties.
