The One who offers Advice on the Islamic Basis is Prosecuted while the One who Carries Weapons are Implored Contempt to you and to the Taghoot Systems!

Authorities in Port Sudan proceeded to send Mr. Ali Babiker Mohamed Mokhtar and Mr. Hadi Mohamed Osman to trial at the Criminal Court of Port Sudan Center, on the grounds of distributing a leaflet issued by Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan entitled: "Patching the Man-Made Constitution Deepens the Crisis; The Obligation is to Resolve it by a Constitution Based on the Doctrine of Islam". This, under Article 63 of the Criminal Code which reads: "calling for opposition to public authority by use of violence or criminal force shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or with a fine or with both".

How strange is this regime! It requests people to carry out peaceful political work, then when Hizb ut Tahrir assumes peaceful political work; not for fear of the regime, but in compliance with the method of the Prophet (saw) in his political action, when the Hizb carries out such actions, its Shabab are arrested, and even brought to malicious prosecutions. And we say and emphasize that they are malicious. This is because everyone, the distant and the near, knows that Hizb ut Tahrir does not carry out any material acts for change, but is seeks to change through political and intellectual work. Rather, what Hizb ut Tahrir had undertaken carries the salvation of the Ummah from the domination of the colonizer Kaffir West, and within it is its honor and glory. It is the advice "Naseehah" that the beloved Muhammad (saw) commanded us with. On the authority of Tamim Al-Dari that the Prophet (saw) said:

«الدِّينُ النَّصِيحَةُ قُلْنَا لِمَنْ قَالَ لِلَّهِ وَلِكِتَابِهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلأَئِمَّةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَعَامَّتِهِمْ»

"The Deen (religion) is Naseehah (advice, sincerity)." We said "To whom?" He (SAW) said "To Allah, His Book, His Messenger, and to the leaders of the Muslims and their common folk". (Narrated by Muslim)

And at a time this regime arrests those who carry the Dawah through the political method, and brings them to unfair trials, we find it begging those who carry weapons, offering them concession after concession in order to appease them. Here it is the American broker Thabo Mbeki explains that he had received assurances from the President of the Republic to provide the necessary security for the participation of weapon bearers in the alleged internal dialogue!!

We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan are continuing with our brothers in the entire world in order to change the disgraceful situation of the Muslims, and bring back the glory of this Ummah through the resumption of the Islamic way of life by the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah on the method of the Prophethood; whose time has approached. And that we will not be stopped by arrest, and the malicious prosecutions will not frighten us, then those who have wronged are going to know to what kind of return they will be returned.
