[وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِدًا فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَعَنَهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُ عَذَابًا عَظِيمًا]

“If a man kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, to abide therein (For ever): And the wrath and the curse of Allah are upon him, and a dreadful penalty is prepared for him.” [an-Nisaa:93]

The fighting between the brigades Jaysh Al-Islam, the Liberation Army of Sham and Failaq Al-Rahman is burning eastern Ghouta, adjacent to the capital Damascus, which has become a center of factional fighting despite the siege imposed on it for several years, despite the bombing and destruction, and despite the grave danger that the tyrant of the Sham threatens and his repeated attempts to control parts of them, bypassing all the red lines drawn byAllah (swt) to the sanctity of Muslim blood, and indeed the sanctity of pointing a weapon to a Muslim’s face…

The involvement of the supporting countries in creating strife between the fighters whenever the opportunity arises is no longer a secret to anyone, it is also no longer a secret that the revolution of Ash-Sham reached this situation as a result of the poisoned money under the pretext of support, and we in Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah of Syria call upon everyone to fear Allah in the blood of the Muslims and their sacrifices, as we call on the factions to not obey their leaders in the fight against their brothers, as there is no obedience to the creation (if it entails) disobedience to the Creator.

O Muslims in Ash-Sham in general, and in Eastern Ghouta Specifically:

Allah (swt) has made it obligatory upon Muslims to enjoin the Ma’rouf (all that is good), and forbid the Munkar (evil), and made leaving it a great sin with severe punishment in this life and the Hereafter, and what evil is greater than spilling the pure blood of Muslims. While there is no doubt that those fighting each other are your sons; so hold their hands and stop this great fitna, which only indicates the lack of leaders of the sense of responsibility; do not allow them to trade with you and exploit your sons as fuels with which you will burn in its fire, and you should use every means to stop this bloodshed, whether through demonstrations or protest or through sending delegations of dignitaries and people of opinion, and do not let the fear of anyone prevent you from doing this, the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: «أَلَا لَا يَمْنَعَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ رَهْبَةُ النَّاسِ، أَنْ يَقُولَ بِحَقٍّ إِذَا رَآهُ أَوْ شَهِدَهُ، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يُقَرِّبُ مِنْ أَجَلٍ، وَلَا يُبَاعِدُ مِنْ رِزْقٍ، أَنْ يَقُولَ بِحَقٍّ أَوْ يُذَكِّرَ بِعَظِيمٍ»“Let not the fear of people prevent any of you from speaking the truth, when he sees or witnesses it, for it will neither hasten death nor delay sustenance.” (Narrated by Ahmad)

Allah (swt) says:

[وَاتَّقُوا فِتْنَةً لَا تُصِيبَنَّ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مِنْكُمْ خَاصَّةً وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ]

“And guard yourselves against a chastisement which cannot fall exclusively on those of you who are wrong-doers, and know that Allah is severe in punishment.” [Al-Anfal: 25]
