Defamation of Hizb ut Tahrir by Sheikh Fayez Salah on “Aleppo Today” Channel
(Translated)

“Aleppo Today” channel hosted in its program “The Jurisprudence of the Revolution”, Sheikh Fayez Salah, member of the Trustees of the Syrian Muslim Council to talk about the ruling on the Rayah (Banner), and whether the banner of the revolution is the banner of ignorance... The discussion permeated fallacies and fabrications against Hizb ut Tahrir. Had these fallacies been made by secularists, we would have not given it further ado, but they are issued by the sheikh in the Syrian Muslim Council who should have been more accurate in transmission; because he realizes the gravity of slander; especially if the fabrication is regarding those who work for establishing Allah’s Shariah in the land, and the establishment of the second Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of Prophethood, the prophecy of the Messenger of Allah (saw), and not the alleged Khilafah "Caliphate" of al-Baghdadi.

We will not focus much on the Rayah of Al ‘Uqab, the Rayah of the Messenger (saw), which is raised by the people of Syria as a symbol of their Islamic project. We have repeatedly explained its ruling in many occasions. But we question: What is the secret behind your standing in the face of the banner, the symbol of the great project of Islam that emanates from the doctrine of the Ummah, that the sincere mujahideen sacrifice their lives to find it in real life?! What is the secret behind your promotion of the flag created by the French occupier to be the symbol of rotten patriotism and abhorrent and reprehensible discrimination, and the West, with its tools and media continues to promote and market it?!

We in Hizb ut Tahrir are Dawah carriers inviting people to Islam, and to adhere to it in all areas of life, and to work for its implementation and the establishment of its state which was demolished by the Kaffir colonialists; according to a specific Islamic method, which is the method of the Prophet (saw). And friends and foes know that. But it is strange for a sheikh such as Sheikh Fayez to ignore the method and confuse it with the rule of Jihad, which is an absolute obligation, Anas said: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«وَالْجِهَادُ مَاضٍ مُنْذُ بَعَثَنِي اللَّهُ إِلَى أَنْ يُقَاتِلَ آخِرُ أُمَّتِي الدَّجَّالَ، لاَ يُبْطِلُهُ جَوْرُ جَائِرٍ وَلاَ عَدْلُ عَادِلٍ»

“Jihad is continuous, since the time Allah sent me to the time when the last in my Ummah fights Dajal, it is not nullified by the oppression of a tyrant nor by the justice of the fair leader” Narrated by Abu Dawood. As is mentioned in our books, this mixing in issues by Sheikh Fayez is a cause for suspicion.

Finally we remind the Sheikh that the rule of the house (Ad-Dar) is taken from the system applied and the security (Aman). All the jurists agreed that Dar al-Islam is where Islam is implemented internally and externally and that the security is in the hands of the Muslims, they are the two condition of the rule of what constitutes Ad-Dar, and the people are not considered in that rule.

[إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَذِكْرَى لِمَنْ كَانَ لَهُ قَلْبٌ أَوْ أَلْقَى السَّمْعَ وَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ]
