Secession is not the Right Solution.
It is Forbidden by Shari'ah and it is a Jahiliyah Strife!!

In the midst of the conflicts and wars in Yemen, at the back of which stand the colonial countries, especially Britain and America, which struggle in Yemen for influence and wealth with regional and local tools, the voices of some forces of the separatist movement in southern Yemen have called for the secession of the South from the North. Where Eidrous Al-Zubaidy formed a transitional council for the administration and internal and external representation of the South after his dispute with the President of the so-called legitimacy - Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi and his government, which led to his dismissal from the post of governor of Aden province, and subsequently was authorized by some forces of the southern separatist movement to represent the south in the so-called Aden historic declaration.

The secession of the South from the North and the division and fragmentation of any Muslim country into other entities is a crime upon crime. The Muslim country must be a single entity, and it should not be divided into multiple entities, whatever the justifications are, for the origin of it is one entity. The crime of tearing Muslims by the Sykes-Picot treacherous agreement continues to plague the Ummah with its calamities, disasters and pains. The solution for oppression and injustices is not dividing the divided, fragmenting the fragmented, perpetuating the colonial borders and the creation of new borders that are more harmful than their predecessors in the Muslim countries, especially in Yemen, where its people were integrated, worked and sacrificed in order to break these colonial borders, which make Muslims countries and Yemen in particular a large prison and a hangar of the colonial West.

Our People in North and South of Yemen! The oppression and injustices of the country have not been caused by the unity of the country, so think, may Allah bless you, with a conscious thinking about the disease to find the remedy. The reason for the oppression and injustices of the country, in the south and north, is coming from the capitalist system applied upon you and from those who control it and the authoritarians of power and wealth. The south after the colonial period was ruled by the socialist system, implemented through ‘iron and fire’, and which was not convincing to the mind or agreeing with the instincts and prevented people from ownership and made them miserable in the land of numerous resources. Then the South and the North united under a republican capitalist system, which made matters even worse. While the socialist system eliminates the rich and does not enrich the poor, the capitalist system came to destroy the poor and enrich the rich, and the situation was as the one seeking refuge from heat into fire. So, the capitalist republic system inherited the inheritance of the socialist system that belonged to the people and the Ummah and became the property of authoritarian individuals under the republic capitalist system where people were not empowered to benefit from the public wealth and property and had no share of them.

The people of Yemen lived as part of the Islamic Ummah in the shadow of the first Islamic state founded by Muhammad (saw). The Islamic Ummah was one nation with one leader and one banner. They lived a decent life and were truly a people of belief, wisdom, harmony and mercy with the means of the primitive era and the difficult circumstances. But it was the concepts and the provisions of Islam that changed their lives and refined their natures. And then after that the colonizer came and imposed his civilization on us and we became what we have become?!

The remedy for what we live in, O our people in the North and South of Yemen, can only be by consciousness and awareness, and not by an unconscious reaction to oppression, injustices and their causes. And the effective solution will only be by changing the republican capitalist system and establishing in its place the system of Islam, the Righteous Khilafah "Caliphate" (Caliphate) system on the method of the Prophethood. For you have tried socialist, capitalist, republic and monarchy systems, nationalisms and patriotisms, but they have not solved a problem and have not addressed a wound, rather they are the cause of the disease and the misery. The demand for separation is not a solution, instead it is an ill-conceived and an irresponsible reaction to the injustice. Rather it is what the colonial powers, led by America, want which seek to exploit the revolutions of the peoples to achieve their plans of redrawing the region under their criminal project, the new Middle East project. So, do not be – may Allah bless you- a tool of its tools and do not pay attention to those who want to drag you and drag the country into more tragedies and misery over misery.

The conflicting parties in north and south of Yemen, are tools in the context of the Anglo-American international struggle for influence and wealth. They betray Yemen and its people and hand it over to their Western masters. But you, our people in Yemen, are responsible for the real change that addresses the disease and prescribes the remedy with a conscious and enlightened view stemming from the Islamic Aqeedah that gave you the honor of belief and wisdom. And the real productive and effective change is to uproot the colonial regimes from their roots and cut off the hands of the conflicting agents and withhold the hand of colonialism of the land of Yemen; through arbitrating the Law of Allah and choosing and appointing a ruler who governs by the Shariah under the system of the Righteous Khilafah "Caliphate" (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood. Instead of being a test field for the Kafir colonizers and their local and regional tools, in the name of separation at sometimes and the names of federalism, socialism or the secular capitalist republic at others!!

We have shown you the origin of the disease and the secret of the remedy. So, do not be like your predecessors whom Allah (swt) said of them:

[فَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا بَاعِدْ بَيْنَ أَسْفَارِنَا وَظَلَمُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ فَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ أَحَادِيثَ وَمَزَّقْنَاهُمْ كُلَّ مُمَزَّقٍ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُورٍ]

“But [insolently] they said, "Our Lord, lengthen the distance between our journeys," and wronged themselves, so We made them narrations and dispersed them in total dispersion. Indeed in that are signs for everyone patient and grateful.” [Saba: 19]

So, take a lesson and let there be in them a sign and a lesson for you, and leave what angers Allah of sectarian and regional strife under the names of ‘Shiite or Sunni’ or ‘Zaidi and Shafie’ or ‘Northern and Southern’ who you pledge for them loyalty that Allah has not sent down for it any authority, for they are all of the calls of ignorance that anger Allah, and it is enough of a crime for you to be ignorant.

We advise you to make your battle with the regime and its officials whoever they are, as long as they are tools in the hands of the states of the Anglo-American conflict. And be warned of relying and inclining on the oppressors of the agent rulers who achieve the interests of the West, no matter how much they wear the dress of care for you and the smitten delivered Fatwas for their legitimacy, for they are the watchful eye of the interests of the colonizers and will never tend to any pact of kinship or covenant of protection. We Hizb ut Tahrir are working for uprooting these oppressive tyrannical regimes, and for uniting the country and preserving it, we are committed and marching. So, be for the call of the truth and the Righteous Khilafah "Caliphate" (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood a victory and a best aid, rather than to be destroyed in wars and conflicts that call you to Hell, and achieve the interests of the Kafir colonists through you, thereby you become the losers in this world and the Hereafter.
