Houthi Militias are being Obstinate to Release a Shab from Hizb ut Tahrir
and Practice Enforced Disappearance Against him!!

Al-Houthi militias continue to arrest the 37-year-old brother, Nashwan Jassar, a member of Hizb ut Tahrir Party in Wilayah of Yemen, since 8/4/2017, following his visit to some events and imams in the capital Sana'a, reminding them of the anniversary of the destruction of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on 28 Rajab 1342 AH corresponding to 3rd March 1924 CE. He presented to them an effective Islamic project on how to get out of what the country is going through under the Anglo-American conflict on Yemen with its regional and local tools which have dragged to the people of Yemen disasters of sedition, killing, destruction, famine, diseases, general paralysis of institutions, interruption of services and non-payment of salaries for almost a year.

Despite the continued follow-up by his family to the responsible authorities in Sana'a for his release, and despite the directives of those parties to the political security to consider the matter of the detainee or to bring him to trial, the chaos followed by the negligent and unconscious militias do not understand and do not respond to those directives. The government formed by the Houthis with Ali Saleh's conference wing has no value and no influence, and is merely a decoration that improves the face of the Houthi militias which take orders from bodies and devices outside the alleged government.

The abduction, torture and disappearance of people for long periods without the knowledge of their families and without a fair trial is a cowardly criminal act. It reflects the state of chaos and bankruptcy experienced by the country under these militias. In addition, prisoners suffer from the absence of human-worth care as human beings; food provided to them does not nourish them, they are only given what barely keep them alive, as well as, medical treatment is not provided as required and the spread of diseases in prisons due to their condition and the large number of prisoners in them. If Islam has enjoined the wellbeing of the prisoners and forbade their torture, absenting or harming them and not to force them to convert to Islam, then what about those who are arrested by these people - from all the conflicting parties - who are Muslims and most of them have not been proven guilty or convicted, and then where is the alleged public amnesty and its imaginary laws and committees?!

We call for the release of the oppressed detainees who have not been found guilty; because in Islam it is not permissible to intimidate people and to spy on the Muslim and non-Muslim citizens of the Islamic State. Unless it is proven that they have relations with the warring states of the Muslims, then they must be punished before the state which is obligatory by Islam to be established, and not by these republican non-Islamic entities whose systems have been derived from the colonial West and its corrupt civilization.

Whoever wants to take care of the affairs of the people should enter houses from their doors and convince the people of Yemen of his project derived from Islam and based on it. But not to dominate them and follow the West in its republic and secular democratic and sectarian projects, and then he asks Allah for victory while his project is far from Islam and its systems which deals with life affairs. And he changes nothing from the systems of his predecessors, but increase his actions recklessness, arrogance and corruption ...

We also demand the release of brother Nashwan Jassar; for he was not a bat of darkness; rather he was carrying the word of truth (Al-Haq) in broad daylight, carrying a project to bring the country out of the crisis worthy of attention and not of imprisonment, enforced disappearance and accusation. Hizb ut Tahrir is not an unknown party, but is a global party that works in more than forty countries in the world and does not carry out physical work of carrying weapons and spreading chaos, assassinations, and other acts that contradict the Islamic way of establishing the state. It is a party which is based on Islam and works to achieve the unity of Muslims under the shadow of the righteous Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood, following the way of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, who did not carry the sword on his society as a method to change. Rather, he was committed to building the bloc, educating and convincing the society of his thought through intellectual and political struggle and asking the support of the people of power and support until Allah permitted his triumph and empowered his call. The party has been committed on this method since its establishment in Bayt Al-Maqdis in 1953 CE by hand the erudite scholar Taqi al-Din Nabahani (may Allah have mercy on him). Hizb ut Tahrir is a group of goodness and the revival project for this Ummah. It is not a patriotic, nationalistic, sectarian, racial or regional party. But it is a party based on Islam and its Aqeedah that made the believers brothers regardless of those titles that intensified division between Muslims, ruined their lands and destroyed their homes. And sadly, there are those who carry those titles and raise them among the people of Yemen. These wars, chaos, unrest, arrests and sedition are only part of what the colonial West wants to achieve through them to its objectives in the Muslim countries.

Even though the conflict between these warring parties in the country is in fact a colonial political conflict, supported and nurtured by the major powers, especially Britain and America, who are conflicting for influence and wealth in Yemen.

Allah is not unaware of what the oppressors do, no matter how long they wear the garment of the oppressed, and Allah gives respite but He is not neglecting. Thus, if He empowered some of you on the necks of others, then this is to test you and see how will you do. And the worst failure and bankruptcy is when a group dominates a people and thinks that it has been empowered by Allah, then the power and domination shows it in its ugliest face to reveal and expose it and test it on those slogans that became in fact a destruction and a sword on the Muslims only?!

Hizb ut Tahrir will remain steadfast on the truth (Al-Haq), seeking it and will not care how rugged and harsh the road is. For how many rulers have stood in its face repulsing the party's call, and they perished but the call of truth remained. It is, with Allah’s permission, marching towards its goal with fortitude and determination that shake the mountains, and with insight and patience that defeat all the ignorant, until the establishment of the righteous Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood soon,

(وَاللّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ)

“And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most of the people do not know.” [Yusuf: 21]
