The Alleged Radical Change in Sana'a Begins a Year After Its Announcement!
(Translated)

Yesterday, Tuesday, in Sana'a, a ministerial formation of 19 ministerial portfolios and three deputy prime ministers was announced in which Defense Minister Mohammed Nasser Al-Atifi and Interior Minister Abdul Karim Amir Al-Din Al-Houthi retained their positions. This ministerial formation came two days after the Supreme Political Council appointed Ahmad Ghalib Al-Rahawi as Prime Minister on Sunday night 11/8/2024 CE, succeeding Abdul Aziz bin Habtoor, who was dismissed from his position in Abdul Malik Al-Houthi's speech on the Prophet's birthday last year 1445 AH.

This announcement of the government’s formation comes after a long wait by the people of Yemen, who still hope that the Houthis' promises of economic prosperity and the elimination of the rampant corruption in government agencies will be achieved, in light of the Qur'anic march that they raise as their slogan!

The name of “change and construction” was added to Ahmad Ghalib Al-Rahawi's ministry to fool the people into believing that the change they have been seeking since 2011 has taken place, but they have not seen its positive impact until now. This is similar to the name of salvation that was added to Bin Habtoor's ministry before, which was unable to save Yemen from the dangers of the wars that have swept it for ten years, and from the poverty, suffering, and division that threatens it!

Al-Rahawi’s ministry, like Bin Habtoor's ministry, does not contain real change or construction; they are the tools of the war that was ignited by the two parties of the international conflict on Yemen! They do not have solutions for the economic situation like their predecessors because they left the rulings of Islam behind them and implemented the capitalist system and will implement the dictates of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. Rather, they have become more blatant in looting, robbery and openly committing evil than their predecessors. Under these rulers, people will not enjoy comfort because they are puppets in the hands of our enemy and will not provide people with anything but following up on requests for reconstruction of the ruins and destruction of buildings by their hands; which will open the door of dependency with the outside world through foreign reconstruction companies that will arrive and are unwelcomed. As for the innocent souls that were lost because of them, they will meet with the Almighty King so that every soul may be rewarded for what it has striven for.

Recycling by exchanging government positions that people had known before has granted Abdul Aziz bin Habtoor the seat of Ahmad Ghalib Al-Rahawi in the Supreme Political Council, and so on in the rest of the government facilities! A government whose decision is in the hands of its enemy, what will it produce?! The beneficiaries of this ministerial change are the Houthis, whose leader works to appoint governments, and if their role ends and people become angry with their poor care, he replaces them and erases his failure and calms people's anger and remains far from any negligence as he deludes himself! Does he know that the wheel turns on every oppressor?!

The life of hardship that Muslims live in Yemen will not end until the rulings of Islam are applied in reality again, for in it and only through it, darkness is lifted and justice is established, so that Muslims enjoy a life that pleases the inhabitants of the earth and the heavens. Allah (swt) says:

[وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَن ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنكاً وَنَحْشُرُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَعْمَى * قَالَ رَبِّ لِمَ حَشَرْتَنِي أَعْمَى وَقَدْ كُنتُ بَصِيراً * قَالَ كَذَلِكَ أَتَتْكَ آيَاتُنَا فَنَسِيتَهَا وَكَذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ تُنسَى]

“But whoever turns away from My Reminder will certainly have a miserable life, then We will raise them up blind on the Day of Judgment * They will cry, “My Lord! Why have you raised me up blind, although I used to see?” * Allah will respond, “It is so, just as Our revelations came to you and you neglected them, so Today you are neglected.” [ Ta-Ha: 124-126]

The change that the people of Yemen seek, as part of the Islamic Ummah, is the uprooting of the secular republican system and those who implement it, so that with its removal the sorrows, pains, crimes, deceit, trickery and dependency will go away and the curtain will be drawn on a dark and gloomy era in the history of the Muslims; in which the sons of the Ummah are killed in Gaza and its sisters, and they have no supporter or helper. So that it will be replaced by a state that implements Islam, in which the light of justice shines once again; the state of the second Khilafah Rashida (rightly-guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood, for which Hizb ut Tahrir, the leader who does not lie to its people, works, so that the saying of Allah (swt) will be fulfilled:

[إِنَّا لَنَنصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْأَشْهَادُ]

“We certainly help Our messengers and the believers, ˹both˺ in this worldly life and on the Day the witnesses will stand forth ˹for testimony” [Ghafir: 51] The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ» “Then there will be Khilafah on the method of Prophethood”
