In the Scene of the Fall of the Tyrant of Sham
From Yemen, a Sincere Invitation and A lesson for those who have A heart

Breaking news followed one after the other, and the news bulletins were dominated by the fall of the tyrant, the son of a tyrant, Bashar, on Sunday, December 8, 2024 CE, who had ruled Syria for 24 years, and before him his father for more than three decades, as this criminal family ruled Syria with an iron fist, torture, killing, starvation, sectarianism and all kinds of brutality that their criminal minds came up with. The news channels were dominated by scenes of horrors and the degrees of tyranny in his prisons and how he excelled in terrorizing and intimidating his people, humiliating them and subjugating them.

The tyrant Bashar and all the tyrants who rule the Muslims would not have been able to spread corruption on earth, control the necks of the people, and subject them to the worst torture had it not been for the support of the infidel West, led by America and Britain, who quickly abandon their agents despite the long decades of their service and the implementation of their infidel systems in the Muslim lands. They quickly begin to search for an alternative and tame whoever maintains their interests, and they work hard to keep the Muslim lands subservient to them.

The scene of the fall of this tyrant is a lesson for the rulers of Yemen who are following his example in criminality and implementing the secular system to plot his downfall. This downfall was absent from the mind of this tyrant who is filled with hatred, malice and filth, as he did not learn from the downfall of other rulers who preceded him in Tunisia, Libya, Egypt and Yemen. Rather, they became more arrogant and averse. How evil is what they are doing!

In this regard, we have sincere calls. The first sincere call we address to our people in Yemen and the rest of the Muslim countries to depose the rulers whose crimes, treachery and immorality are evident to all ears and eyes. Let us overthrow them quickly by rallying towards a sincere and an aware leadership that has been working for more than 70 years, which is Hizb ut Tahrir, the pioneer that does not lie to its people. It is truly the leader of radical change in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, and it is the pioneer among Islamic groups in the world. It did not lie to its people, but rather interacted with them and succeeded in its interaction with the utmost success, until it deserved the wrath of the governments of the West and the East that are hostile to Islam and Muslims.

The second sincere call we address to our people in Sham, the heartland of Islam, from the land of faith and wisdom, from the spot to which the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, called and linked to the Sham, from the land of support from which the hordes of Muslim armies came out to participate with their brothers in the conquests when we had a state and a caliphate. We call upon you with a sincere and a faithful call to unite your ranks and establish the state of Islam, the caliphate, to heal the hearts of a believing people. You have a lesson in Yemen. When the revolution took place against the evil, perishing agent of Britain, the infidel West came with all its might through the agent rulers of the Gulf and Iran and through the agents inside to reap the fruit and turn the country into pieces and mountains of pain, poverty, torture, displacement and ignorance. All this was because the revolution was not completed. You have suffered and you are still suffering and the suffering will continue unless you rally around Islam, apply it and declare it a rightly-guided caliphate on the method of the Prophethood, then you will be victorious in both worlds. Beware of Erdogan, the thief of your revolution, so do not allow him to steal your sacrifices and patience now.

O our brothers in Sham: The sons of the Ummah today are eager for Jihad to defeat the Jews, humiliate them, and to exact retribution from all the oppressors under the banner of the Khilafah, so establish it. We are not telling you this while we are watching, rather we are working day and night to establish this great state, the duty of our Lord and the source of our glory. We are telling you this now because Allah has honored you by overthrowing the tyrant. Today, the Levant has a political vacuum that must be filled by the sincere among you by implementing the rule of Allah, and this will not happen except with a political project derived from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet, which your brothers in Hizb ut Tahrir are presenting to you. It will be a shield for you against the secular projects that America is trying to dress you in, so that it will be a garment of humiliation in this world and torment on the Day of Judgment. Do not allow it, for this has been its concern since you declared your revolution.

[فَإِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُمْ مِنِّي هُدًى فَمَنْ اتَّبَعَ هُدَايَ فَلاَ يَضِلُّ وَلاَ يَشْقَى * وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَنْ ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنكاً وَنَحْشُرُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَعْمَى]

“Then when guidance comes to you from Me, whoever follows My guidance will neither go astray ˹in this life˺ nor suffer ˹in the next˺. But whoever turns away from My Reminder will certainly have a miserable life, then We will raise them up blind on the Day of Judgment.”
