Answer: To get a clear answer it is necessary to review the following matters:
First, the reality of what happened:
1. What happened recently in Aleppo is a tragedy that befell the Muslims, it is sufficient to agitate their senses and enrage their feelings, and drives them to carry out actions in response to what happened. Erdogan’s, Turkey’s president, betrayal was exposed by implementing the conspiracy drawn by America, the number one enemy of Islam and Muslims, and the crimes committed by its servant Russia, and the tyrant Bashar Al-Assad and his gang, and with the participation of the hands of treachery and betrayal from Iran and its party in Lebanon and its supporters.
2. The officer shouted out Islamic slogans after killing the Russian ambassador, in which he said in the Arabic language: "We are the ones who gave allegiance to Prophet Muhammad for jihad as long as we are alive," he said in Turkish: "Do not forget Aleppo, do not forget Syria, Allah Akbar." He repeated it more than once, signifying how he was influenced by what happened in Aleppo recently and what is happening in Syria generally against its Muslim people, he said: "Everyone who has a hand in this injustice which took place in Aleppo and Syria will pay the price..." and he added "as long as our countries are not safe then you also will not taste safety." (News Agencies, 19/12/2016) It is as if he was directing a message to America, Russia and their allies, supporters and followers, who destroyed Syria and attacked the Muslim lands, a message that their crimes will not be erased from the Ummah's memory, and the day will come, Allah willing, which they are promised.
3. What is strange is that the authorities did not arrest him, but killed him, and it appears that it was deliberate. The tyrant feared that if he was arrested and brought to trial he will continue in the slogans that relate to Aleppo and Syria, and the betrayal of the rulers and especially Erdogan to Aleppo. Which is embarrassing for Erdogan, who abandoned Aleppo, it is not ruled out that the orders came from him (Erdogan) to kill this officer, to spare him, i.e. Erdogan the embarrassment and consequences! There was a chance to arrest him when the security men stormed the place in great numbers, even when the officer said: "You cannot arrest me alive" in order to show his insistence on his position and lack of fear. The Anatolia news agency reported on 21/12/2016 that "prosecutors are investigating the cause of not carrying out the arrest by the Special Forces who stormed the art exhibition and then murdered Officer Mevlut Altintas while he was alive".
Not arresting him has embarrassed Erdogan so he defended the security men’s action of killing him, by saying: "there is speculation about why he was not arrested alive, look at what happened in Besiktas when they tried to arrest one of the attackers alive". However this incident is not similar to the Besiktas incident, here the officer appears to have carried out the operation alone chanting Islamic slogans, and against the representative of a hostile state, namely Russia, which kills Muslims day and night in Syria and destroys their country to protect the Kufr regime and head of the regime the tyrant Bashar. What happened in Aleppo, incited all the feelings of Muslims, this is was the reason behind his chants and Takbeers... while the Besiktas operation was the work of a nationalist Kurdish separatist secular organization that has nothing to do with Islam and its objectives, and its goals are far from Islam; the organization is linked politically to colonial countries ... to mention both events together is mixing matters together and will not stand as evidence, it only exposes and uncovers the one who uses it.
Second: Reactions to the event
1. America was disturbed by the killing of the Russian Ambassador. America assigned Russia for the implementation of projects in Syria, they are both in full agreement with each other and coordinate together in all the activities. US Secretary of State John Kerry denounced this and said: “The United States condemns the assassination of Russian Ambassador Andrei Karlov in Ankara today.” (Reuters, 19/12/2016), describing it as "despicable attack" and declared that "his country is ready to help Russia and Turkey in the investigation of the attack." The US State Department spokesman, Kirby said: "We condemn this act of violence whatever its source, our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family." The spokesman for the White House and the US Department of Defense and the presidential team on behalf of President-elect Trump condemned the killing of the Russian ambassador, both America and Russia are in the same line.
2. Erdogan who is pro-America, allied with Russia following America’s order, he did not want his relations with Russia to be affected, and we have seen how he worked on a settlement regarding shooting down the Russian plane and apologized to the Russians, and has revealed the extent of his betrayal by deceiving the revolutionaries and moving them out of Aleppo, to implement the American plan in agreement with the Allah's enemy Putin last August. Putin himself revealed this, exposing his ally, Erdogan, in order to stop him boasting up and down the country with his false heroism ... Erdogan fawned and groveled at Putin at their meeting in St. Petersburg in August, and described Putin as an ally and a dear friend!
On the following day of the death of the Russian ambassador, Erdogan announced that he agreed with his Russian counterpart Putin to continue to cooperate on the Syrian file despite the killing of the Russian ambassador, he said: “We share with President Putin his view that our cooperation with Russia in various fields, especially on Syria, must not be hampered because of this attack.”

His Foreign Minister Cavusoglu said during a meeting with his Russian counterpart Lavrov in Moscow: "Turkey and Russia will continue to cooperate until they reach a political solution in Syria and elsewhere", and considered killing the Ambassador was: "to harm bilateral relations". Putin described the operation as "a provocation, its goal is to thwart the settlement of the Russian-Turkish relations and the peace process in Syria".
Peskov, spokesman for the Russian president, announced: "the two presidents agreed to form a joint committee to investigate the attack." Thus we see that both parties, the Turkish and the Russian, united in their opinion about the incident and determination to continue to work together to strike the Syrian Revolution under the name of the peace process in Syria or the peaceful solution. The Foreign Ministers of Turkey, Russia, Iran held a meeting the next day after the killing of the Russian ambassador, asserting that and also emphasized preserving the secular regime in Syria, as stated in their statement.
3. Also, Europe is against the Syrian revolution and against the return of Islam to power in Syria. It has proceeded with America and approved to maintain the secular regime in Syria and the implementation of the political solution there when it participated in the Vienna Conference on 14/11/2015. It also agreed to the Security Council resolutions related to that with America and Russia, all that Europe wants is to have a role in the Syrian issue and the political process and not be isolated internationally. Europe is like America and Russia, it is hostile to Islam and Muslims and fights the return of Islam to power, the European Union re foreign affairs chief Federica Mogherini have denounced the assassination, and said: “I was deeply shocked by this inconceivable attack.” (AlJazeera.net, 20/12/2016) Also Britain's UN Ambassador Matthew Rycroft expressed his regret for the death of the Russian ambassador in Turkey, he expressed, “His country's readiness to cooperate with Moscow in the fight against terrorism inside and outside Syria...” (AlJazeera.net, 20/12/2016) The British Boris Johnson, foreign minister made a statement who described the attack as cowardly and despicable. In Germany, the government condemned the assassination of the Russian ambassador. Steffen Seibert, spokesman for Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Monday evening in a tweet on Twitter: “The news of the assassination is very sad, and that the German government condemns this senseless action in the strongest terms ...” (AlJazeera.net, 20/12/2016) The French Foreign Minister Jean-marc Ayrault said, “Nothing justifies violence and terrorism, and expressed his sincere condolences to the family of the ambassador and his support for Russia and Turkey ...” (AlJazeera.net, 20/12/2016)
4. Erdogan’s accusation of Fethullah Gulen’s group is not true. On 21/12/2016 Erdogan made a statement: “There is no doubt that the gunman who killed the Russian ambassador in Ankara was a member of the Fethullah Gulen terrorist network ... all links from his education to his prayers indicate to the Gulen terrorist network ...”(Reuters, 21/12/2016) And such an accusation is not new, the Turkish state headed by Erdogan, has been accusing this group for all the activities to cover up the truth, it has accused it of the coup to cover up the elimination of the British agents who masterminded a failed coup attempt on 15 July.
Gulen has condemned the killing of the ambassador which was quoted by Alp Aslandogan, a spokesman for the movement, saying: “Mr. Gulen totally condemns this action, "the killing of the Russian Ambassador" and described it as "outrageous" and he described the Turkish government’s accusation of the group being behind the killing as "ludicrous". Note that this group, led by its leader Gulen have no feelings of protection for Islam and Muslims, it has justified the Jewish entity’s brutal attack on the Mavi Marmara, and the killing of 10 Muslim Turks, and this group is allied with the Jews and considers them as believers like it, and it does not ally with the Muslims and does not support their causes, and does not adopt and does not support any Islamic issue. It is against the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" project and makes a mockery of it and it fights those working for it. This group was siding with Erdogan until the end of 2013 and then it disagreed with him in competition to serve the interests of America. It is a puppet of America like Erdogan and it is working for America, and adopts democracy and secularism and American projects, like Erdogan and his party. Therefore it does not support a Muslim and have no feelings of protection for the interests of the Muslims or their issues. It is far from taking actions against the Kaffir colonialists ... even Russia did not accuse them. Peskov, spokesman for Russian President said: “It is too early to determine who is responsible for the assassination of the ambassador, in response to Turkish remarks accusing the Gulen group of carrying out the action. He said that the assassination is certainly a blow to the prestige of Turkey...” (Russia Today, 21/12/2016) This made Erdogan take revenge from the officer and his family, he issued orders to arrest his father, mother, sister and other relatives and friends.
The number reached 13 people; meanwhile, Erdogan continues his contact with the Russian president giving him condolences!
Third: Motivation behind the Operation
Reviewing the above-mentioned on the reality of what took place, and the reactions of the various parties... It is clear that this officer carried out the action alone, and he was not linked to any party, this is in retaliation to the brutal Russian crimes in Syria and he was motivated by the Islamic sentiments, we do not recommend any one to Allah, May Allah have mercy on him and inspire his family with patience, and (إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ) “Indeed, Allah is with the patient” [Al-Baqara: 153].
We ask Allah Al-Aziz Al-Hakim to relieve the Muslims of distress and support them to establish their Khilafah "Caliphate", which will make all the Kaffir colonialist and every oppressive tyrant and every evil hypocrite taste what they deserve of punishment, and make their situation a lesson for those who follow them, and bring justice to every oppressed, and relieves all those who are hurt.
