More than 100 Rohingya refugees were stranded in Aceh, Indonesia, in the early hours of Sunday, March 6th, 2022. The 114 Rohingyas, consisting of 68 men, 21 women, and 35 children, were stranded in Kuala Muara Raja, Kuala District, Bireuen Regency, Aceh. Republika reported on March 18 that the condition of Rohingya refugees in Aceh was getting worse due to neglect.

The Russian Attacks on Women and Children Reflect the Animalistic Rules of Secular Laws

On Thursday, 17th of March 2022, Russian air forces bombed a theatre in the town of Mariupol. The international community initiated global condemnation of the act as it was reported that the Russian word for “children” was clearly marked outside of the building. At the time of the bombing, hundreds of civilians were said to have been sheltering in the building, many of them families with children.

A panel discussion in Kolkata was held entitled ‘Population: Are Muslims Overtaking the Hindus in the City’. The narrative that Muslims are taking over the demographics in a manner that is threatening to the Hindu population is a common fear factor that has been used historically to divide India.
