Like the Rulers of the Arab, the Rulers of the ‘Ajm Abandon the Blessed Land of Palestine

On 18 January 2024, Pakistan’s army media wing, in its press release No PR-18/2024-ISPR, stated, “In early hours of 18 January 2024, Pakistan carried out effective strikes against hideouts inside Iran used by terrorists responsible for recent attacks in Pakistan. The precision strikes were carried out using killer drones, rockets, loitering munitions and stand-off weapons. Maximum care was taken to avoid collateral damage.”

Comment:

The strikes of Pakistan within Iran, came one day after strikes by Iran into Pakistan. Both militaries are now boasting about their readiness to combat terrorism. So, what of the terrorism that the Zionist occupation has carried out for over 100 days? What of the protection of over million Muslims at the Rafah Border Crossing, at the border of the Gaza Strip and Egypt? They are facing death through bombing, sniping, cold, hunger and thirst, whilst the Pharoah of Egypt, As-Sisi, is charging thousands of dollars, per head, for their passage! Are drones and rockets only to be fired at Muslims, and not at the monstrous, rampaging entity of the Jews? How so, when Allah (swt) said,

[مُّحَمَّدٌ رَّسُولُ اللَّهِ ۚ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ أَشِدَّاءُ عَلَى الْكُفَّارِ رُحَمَاءُ بَيْنَهُمْ]

“Muḥammad is the Messenger of Allah. And those with him are firm with the disbelievers and compassionate with one another.” [TMQ Surah Al-Fath 48:26]? How is the Islamic Ummah being denied the day that its drones and rockets smash the Jewish forces?

Certainly, the Islamic Ummah and its armies will only be frustrated by the current leadership. It is no surprise that the Muslim officers are driven to leave the army, keep their heads down whilst awaiting retirement or fume in anger and frustration. Indeed, the armies of Muslims need a leadership that acts upon the Noble Quran, rather than merely reciting and memorizing it. Allah (swt) commanded,

[وَاقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ ثَقِفْتُمُوهُمْ وَأَخْرِجُوهُمْ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَخْرَجُوكُمْ]

“And kill them [in battle] wherever you overtake them, and expel them from wherever they have expelled you.” [TMQ Surah Al-Baqarah 2:191] This is why the military commander Salahudin Al-Ayubi liberated Palestine, after unifying the Muslims by removing the treacherous amongst them… and this is why Khaleefah Abdul Hameed II, ruling over both the ‘Ajm and Arab, protected it with the full force of the Islamic Ummah.

O Officers of Pakistan’s Armed Forces! What has prevented you from removing your leadership already, and mobilizing to liberate Palestine? Know that obedience to your current leadership will not save you from punishment on the Day of Judgement. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «إِنَّمَا الطَّاعَةُ فِي الْمَعْرُوفِ» “Indeed, obedience is only in what is good.” [Ahmad]. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «لَا طَاعَةَ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ» “There is no obedience to the creation in Ma’siyyah (معصية Disobedience) of Allah.” [Muslim]. It was also reported in Ibn Majah and Ahmad with a sound narration that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «مَنْ أَمَرَكُمْ مِنْهُمْ بِمَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ فَلَا تُطِيعُوهُ» “Whosoever amongst you commands you to Disobedience of Allah, do not obey him.” Do not let the rulers ruin your Aakhira. Do not let them stand in your way of responding to the command of Allah (swt), earning victory and martyrdom. Remove any ruler that stands in your way to liberate Gaza, whether he is from amongst the rulers of the ‘Ajm, or the rulers of the Arab, including those in the states neighboring Palestine.

How do you believe that you will be alone in this historic and heroic endeavor? You are certainly not alone, if you move to remove the traitors that restrain you. Above all else, Allah (swt) is with you, if you obey His command. Even the non-Muslim masses will not grieve after you remove the rulers and mobilize for Gaza, as millions are already protesting against the crimes of the Jewish forces. As for the Muslims, they are shocked that you have not moved already, so they will fully support you when you do. As for the required political leadership for planning and co-ordination, you know well that Hizb ut Tahrir is working to secure the Nussrah material support for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, in more than one Muslim country. Once a single Muslim ruler is deposed, there will be a natural toppling of the traitors, one by one, in quick succession. So, why should you not be the first armed forces to depose the treacherous, rather than the second, third or last to do so?

The battle has started and you have yet to engage the enemy. So respond, O officers of Pakistan’s armed forces, or await the punishment of Allah (swt). Be afraid of remaining motionless, such that the Wrath from your Lord (swt) descends upon you. Allah (swt) said,

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمُ انْفِرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ اثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ أَرَضِيتُمْ بِالْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا مِنَ الْآخِرَةِ فَمَا مَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ * إِلَّا تَنْفِرُوا يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَاباً أَلِيماً وَيَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْماً غَيْرَكُمْ وَلَا تَضُرُّوهُ شَيْئاً وَاللهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ]

“O you who have believed, what is the matter with you, that when it is said to you, march forth in the Path of Allah (swt), you cling firmly to the earth? Do you prefer the life of this world over the Hereafter? The life of this world is insignificant compared to that of the Hereafter (38). If you do not march forth, Allah (swt) will afflict you with a painful punishment and will replace you with other people. You are not harming Him in the least. Allah (swt) is the most capable over everything (39).”  [TMQ Surah At-Tawbah 9:38-39].
