Our Sacrifices Fuel their Political Agendas

Trump says he'll use Gaza deal momentum to expand ‘Israel's’ regional ties (Reuters)

A phased ceasefire agreement has been brokered to halt the 15-month genocide in Gaza, with the primary goal of returning hostages and reinforcing the geopolitical status quo. Trump demanded the return of all hostages, pledging to work alongside the Zionist entity and its allies to ensure Gaza's total submission to the occupation. His statement to expand the Abraham Accords, which normalized the Zionist entity’s ties with the Arab countries, highlights the continued betrayal of the Muslim rulers as they participate in maintaining the occupation of Palestine.

Regardless of their machinations, this ceasefire is evidence of the Zionist entity’s defeat and failure of its plans in Gaza. It has failed to displace the people out of Gaza, it has failed to defeat the resistance in Gaza, it has failed to gain any significant territorial control over Gaza, and it has failed to break the Ummah in Gaza. It has been defeated by a defenseless people armed only by their conviction in Allah (swt).

The genocide in Gaza has laid bare the bloodlust and moral bankruptcy of the U.S. and global powers who, through their funding and military support, have enabled the genocide. The bloodshed was allowed to continue unchecked until a political shift in the U.S., highlighting the fact that the masses opposition to the genocide held absolutely zero weight.

This ceasefire has also illuminated the fragility of the Zionist state, exposed the complicity of neighboring Muslim regimes in the ongoing crimes against Gaza, and underscored the undeniable reality that the U.S. could have intervened much sooner to prevent this genocide. All involved parties share responsibility for the bloodshed and the suffering that has followed. Ultimately, the U.S. emerges as the principal perpetrator, with the Zionist entity and compliant Muslim regimes serving as instruments in its aggressive designs.

It is high time that we refuse to allow our blood and sacrifices to be exploited for the agendas of others. We must break free from the cycle of exploitation and direct our sacrifices for our Deen and liberation. Obtaining both the pleasure of Allah and victory on the political front demand the resumption of our way of life and end to the occupation of our lands.

For the Muslim Ummah, the only true path to ending such atrocities and securing our future lies in reclaiming our independence through the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate), the only system capable of providing the unity, strength, and will to defend our lands and people. As our beloved Prophet Muhammad (saw) said,

«إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ»

“The Imam is the shield behind which the Ummah fights and protects itself.”
