It is the Khilafah Rashidah that will Counter the Terrorism of America, India and the Jewish Entity
On 25 June 2024, the spokesman of the US State Department declared, “our partnership with Pakistan on security issues includes our high-level counterterrorism dialogue, including funding robust counterterrorism capacity-building programs and supporting a series of U.S.-Pakistan military-to-military engagements.” The American plan for the region is strengthening the Indian military so that it rivals China, whilst reducing the Pakistani military to a police force for American interests, under the banner of “counter-terrorism.” It is the Khilafah Rashidah that will counter the real terrorists of the world, the American crusaders, the Jewish entity and the Hindu State. It will work to build the military capabilities of the Islamic Ummah to ensure military supremacy over all enemies. It will mobilize military and intelligence to counter all the plots of the warring states.

The Intellectually Bankrupt Rulers Strangle Local Industry to Promote Foreign Investment in Industry
On 26 June 2024, while presiding over a meeting of the Board of Investment (BOI), the Prime Minister spoke about shifting Chinese industry to Pakistan. The rulers obey the destructive capitalist trade policies of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). They make energy for local industry expensive, then they bury local industry under heavy taxation. When local industries collapse, the rulers open industry for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), weakening the self-sufficiency of Pakistan. This policy indicates the intellectual bankruptcy of the regime. The Khilafah Rashidah will abolish un-Islamic taxes on industry and provide energy at a low cost, by making it public property. The Khilafah Rashidah will make this region an industrial power rapidly.

As Muslims Die of Heat Stroke Amidst Electricity Outages, the Rulers of Pakistan Focus on Pleasing the United States
Doctors are now treating thousands of victims of heat exhaustion in hospitals. The health crisis is because of replacing trees with concrete, unannounced electricity cuts, permitting industrial units in residential areas and poor public transport facilities. It is upon the rulers to immediately provide heat stroke relief points, abundant supply of water in public places, public awareness campaigns, changes in office hours and ending electricity outages, before making radical structural changes to cities. Instead of looking after the affairs of the people, the government is focused on the US House of Representatives which has passed a resolution demanding investigation into the elections in Pakistan that took place in February 2024. It is the Khilafah Rashidah alone that is the faithful guardian of the affairs of the Ummah.

Rulers of Pakistan Conduct Exercises with the US Air Force Whilst It Provides Bombs to the Jewish Entity
The Air Force Service component of United States Central Command revealed on 25 June 2024 that, “U.S. Air Force Central’s 378th Air Expeditionary Wing and Pakistan Air Force Airmen recently conducted the fifth iteration of Exercise Falcon Talon.” These exercises happen at a time when the Muslims of Pakistan demand the mobilization of armies in support of Gaza. Instead, the rulers conduct exercises with the US Air Force, whilst it supplies bombs to the Jewish entity. The rulers of Pakistan restrain our armed forces from supporting Gaza, but conduct military exercises with the open enemy of the Ummah for extra-regional contingencies and scenarios. It is time for the Ummah and its armies to remove the traitors, re-establish the Khilafah Rashidah and mobilize military force in support of Gaza.

In the Khilafah Rashidah, the State Will Never Privatize Public Property Such as Energy and Minerals
The government should have no business doing business, Senate Chairman, Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani, said in an address to a conference on 26 June 2024, with over seventy presidents of different chambers of commerce and industry, ambassadors and diplomats attending the gathering. Repeating the slogans of the Western capitalists reveals the intellectual bankruptcy of the rulers of Pakistan. How is it in the interest of the people to privatize resources of the needs of the community, creating a monopoly over these resources? In Islam, public property includes energy and minerals, as well as community utilities such as roads, rivers, seas, lakes, public canals, gulfs, straits, masajid, state schools, hospitals, playgrounds and shelters. The Khilafah Rashidah will supervise the public property, spending any revenues from it on the needs of the community.

Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is Not a Sustainable Model of Development
Once dollars flow into the country from Foreign Direct Investment, a lot of dollars flow out to buy expensive imports because of weak local industry, in addition to foreign companies remitting their profits back to their countries. Thus, the net flow of dollars remains negative and the government takes more foreign loans on interest, worsening the debt trap. By way of example, in the eleven months of fiscal year 2023-24, $1.8 billion of profits in dollars were remitted abroad, whilst new investment in the country stood at $1.72 billion. This policy of dependence on foreign countries also compromises domestic sovereignty. Privatization of domestic strategic assets gives foreign companies control over important resources. The economic development model of the Khilafah Rashidah is achieved without depending on Foreign Direct Investment, by utilizing the large internal resources of the state.

The Khilafah Rashidah Will Provide Cheap Electricity By Implementing Shariah Law
“Traders nationwide are protesting the significant hike in electricity prices,” stated Ajmal Baloch, President of the All Pakistan Anjuman-e-Tajran (Traders Association) on 1 July 2024. The Muslims are crushed by the highest ever electricity bills, despite their careful use of fans and air conditioners, during a hot summer, in which people have died after suffering from heat strokes. The Shariah ruling for electrical power is that it is public property that cannot be privatized. Electricity prices rise after privatization to ensure profits for the private owners. In addition, the current rulers add taxation to electricity bills, despite the financial inability of the poor and indebted. The Khilafah Rashidah will supervise the power sector, ensuring its full benefit is for the entire community. It will only generate revenue according to the Shariah, which limits taxation to the financially capable.
