Pakistan’s Budget is to Secure the Interests of the Colonialists and their Agent Ruling Elite

The budget passed by parliament on 28 June is a budget that secures the largest share of state resources for the colonialists and the corrupt local ruling elite. It has been the case in Pakistan for over seven decades. It is the case in all of the over fifty Muslim nation states today. Man-made law allows the colonialists and their agents to manipulate law to secure their interests. So their companies and front-men are given tax relief, whilst huge taxation is imposed on the poor and indebted. The lion’s share of taxation is used to pay interest on the loans from the colonialist institutions and those who trade in riba, locally and internationally. The Khilafah Rashidah implements the Shariah rulings and so cannot be manipulated by the enemies of Muslims and the corrupt.

The Usurper Rulers Will Fail Despite Their Attempts to Coerce the People

According to a news report published on 2 July 2024, telecommunication companies in Pakistan provide data on Pakistani customers to intelligence agencies, under a special system called the “Lawful Intercept Management System.” It allows state agencies to collect customer data, through which they can listen to calls and read messages. Such spying is explicitly forbidden in Islam. Allah ﷻ commands,

[وَلَا تَجَسَّسُوا وَلَا يَغْتَب بَّعْضُكُم بَعْضًا]

“And do not spy, nor backbite one another.” [TMQ Surah Al-Hujurat, 49:12]. These rulers and their cronies fear their own people. The end of this unnatural power is near, in sha Allah. Soon this system will be replaced by Khilafah Rashidah. The Muslims must convince the sincere officers in the armed forces to grant their Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood.

Prime Minister Meets the Uzbek President Whilst He Wages War on Islam and Its Khilafah

On 3 July 2024, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif met with President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev to discuss trade.  The Mirziyoyev regime in Uzbekistan is following in the footsteps of the perished Karimov, in persecuting the shebaab of Hizb ut Tahrir and confronting Islam. The security agencies in Uzbekistan have re-arrested twenty-three members of Hizb ut-Tahrir. The agencies commenced trial procedures against these shebaab on 9 May 2024, based upon the same charges for which they were tried, during the time of the fallen tyrant Karimov. The shebaab had already spent nearly twenty years, under imprisonment and torture, from between 1999-2000 CE. It is upon the rulers of Pakistan to side with the Ummah in its demand for Islam, rather than supporting the fight against the return of the Khilafah Rashidah.

Operation “Azm-e-Istehkam” (Resolute Stability) and Fighting Digital Terrorism Are Part of an American Plan

The press release issued by the military media wing on 5 July announces plunging the tribal areas into a war of Fitnah. It depicts the love for Islam of Muslims as extremism and digital terrorism. It confirms that the current military leadership is aligned with the American regional plan. This leadership will ensure harm upon our armed forces and tribal people for the sake of American interests. It restrains our armed forces from support of Kashmir and Gaza. However, it mobilizes weapons, troops and financial resources for the American war between Muslims. The military leadership is an agent of America. It is mandatory to remove these commanders and give Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. The Khilafah Rashidah will mobilize all our warriors in support of Gaza and Kashmir.

Social Media Control is An Attempt to Prevent the Islamic Duty to Account the Rulers

On 4 July 2024, the Punjab Home Department wrote a letter to the Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Home Affairs requesting that, “Social media platforms - Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Tik Tok, etc. should be suspended across the province.” The temporary suspension is in addition to close monitoring of social media content and harassment of social media activists. Through such tactics, the rulers try to hide their own negligence in taking care of the affairs of the Ummah. The Khilafah Rashidah will use electronic media and social media to ensure the global dominance of the Deen of Truth, Islam. It will propagate the greatness of the Deen of Allah ﷻ, the righteousness of Islam and the justice of the Islamic state, whilst exposing the oppression of the kufr capitalist system.

Advertising Campaigns Will Not Prolong the Life of Failed States

As soon as the niece of the Prime Minister, the Punjab Chief Minister, completed one hundred days in office, on 29 June 2024, she launched a long and wide campaign related to her performance, within newspapers and the social media. Within a week, various influencers have uploaded videos and vlogs in her favor. The reality of the performance of the ruling faction is that there is an increase in inflation, Shariah prohibited taxation, slavery of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), decay in medical services, delay in providing court justice and violation of law and order. The Khilafah Rashidah will lead us with the best caring for the affairs of the Ummah. Its guardianship of domestic affairs will lead to the rise of Dawah and Jihad at the global level, the success of which will not require any publicity campaign.

Joint Military Exercises with a Hostile State Provides It Opportunities that Are Harmful to Muslims

On 3 July 2024, a press release from the military wing of the armed forces, the ISPR, announced joint military exercises between troops of Pakistan and the United States at the National Counter-Terrorism Center. Islam does not permit the entry of military personnel of a hostile state into the country. Islam denies our enemy any opportunity to know our war tactics and recruit agents. Pakistan’s leadership allies with the United States whilst it supports the massacre of Muslims in Gaza by providing the Jewish entity with weapons, funds and positive media coverage. It is time to remove a leadership which neglects Islam, Muslims and Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa. O Armed Forces of Pakistan! Grant your Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.
