The Rulers of Muslims Are Fearful of their Inevitable Fall at the Hands of the Ummah and its Armies

On 3 December, it was reported that the government is to establish a Digital Rights Protection Authority (DRPA), with extensive powers to block online content, regulate social media access, and prosecute individuals. The rulers of Pakistan are fearful of the anger of the Muslims against them. The rulers of Pakistan are acting like Firawn, monitoring and searching, fearful of their inevitable fall. Accounting the ruler who rules by Islam is a right of the Muslims and their duty. So what of the ruler who rules by kufr and is an agent of the enemies of the Ummah? The Muslims must demand that their military officers give Nussrah (material support) to Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.

The Shariah Law of Allah Alone Can Secure the Right to Account the Rulers

On 3 December 2024, the Supreme Court emphasized that only parliament has the authority to resolve the longstanding issue of enforced disappearances. In Democracy, the judiciary is limited by the existing laws, and so it refers matters to the parliament, which has the right to legislate. In the Khilafah, Allah ﷻ Alone is the Legislator. Allah ﷻ granted the judiciary the right to remove the ruler if he undertakes open kufr, violating the definite (qat’i) Shariah rulings. The Khaleefah himself cannot change the Shariah Law to prevent accountability. The Council of the Ummah is a body of consultation and accountability of the rulers, but it does not have the right of legislation. In the Khilafah, the judiciary, the rulers and the elected representatives will all ensure the right of accounting the rulers.

It is Time for a New Leadership Ruling by Islam, that Liberates the Muslim World from Colonialism

The military leadership announced on 5 December 2024, that, “Those spreading fake news for vested political / financial interests need to be identified and brought to justice.” Whilst preventing the mobilization of the armed forces in support of Gaza, and whilst maintaining agency to America, the military leadership suppresses accountability by force. The Ummah does not accept the current rulers of the Muslims. The Ummah is furious at their neglect of the affairs of the Ummah, their refusal to rule by Islam and their service to the interests of the colonialists. This crisis in leadership in the Muslim World will continue until the armed forces side with the Ummah. The Ummah and its armies must secure the dismissal of the rulers of Muslims. The Ummah and its armies must establish the Khilafah Rashidah.

The Implementation of Shariah Rulings is Essential for Economic Development

On 5 December 2024, the Prime Minister directed the Ministry of Commerce to find ways to increase exports. In the current world order, the dollar is the world’s reserve currency, so exports are necessary to obtain dollars. Therefore, the state neglects the production of goods that meet domestic needs and focuses on the production of goods that are needed by foreign markets to earn dollars. The country’s economy then serves the dollar hegemony and the needs of the colonialist powers. The Khilafah Rashidah uses gold and silver as currency, in both domestic and international trade, in accordance with the Shariah ruling. This alone ends dollar hegemony and focuses on the production of goods that meet essential and strategic domestic needs, whilst allowing export of surplus production.

After the Liberation of Damascus is the Liberation of Al-Quds Under the Guardianship of the Khilafah Rashidah in shaa Allah

On 8 December 2024, the revolutionaries of ash-Sham succeeded in ending the criminal regime in Damascus. The Muslim World exploded with happiness, after witnessing decades of oppression. At the same time, the enemies of the revolution have increased their efforts to steer the direction of the revolution. The Ummah now must raise a single demand, which is the return of the ruling by all that Allah ﷻ has revealed and the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah. It is only the establishment of ruling by the Book of Allah ﷻ and the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ which honors the huge sacrifices and great efforts of the Muslims of ash-Sham. It alone will be a prelude to the liberation of Al-Aqsa, and the liberation of the entire Muslim World from all forms of colonialism.

The Rulers of Muslims Fear They Are Next, After Fall of the Tyrant of Ash-Sham

On 9 December 2024, Pakistan’s foreign minister contacted his Turkish counterpart to discuss the unfolding situation in Syria. The rulers of the Muslims are in a state of panic, after the fall of the regime of the al-Assad family, after five decades of tyranny. The rulers are concerned with saving their thrones, whilst the Muslims are angered by the images of the dungeons of the al-Assad regime. The rulers are now plotting with America, to prevent the ruling by Islam that the Muslims of ash-Sham demand. The entire Islam Ummah, from Indonesia to Morocco, has now turned away from the agents of America. It is time for the Muslims to demand that their sons in the armies of the Muslims remove the rulers, and grant their Nussrah for the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah.

The Vital Issue for the Islamic Ummah is the Establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah

On 9 December 2024, the Prime Minister of Pakistan stated, “The safety of the lives and property of Pakistanis in Syria is our top priority.” This statement reflects a narrow-mindedness that is limited to nationalistic concerns, and ignores the broader Islamic obligations towards the entire Ummah. The protective shield of the Ummah is the Khilafah Rashidah. Islam does not recognize ethnic or nationalist borders in supporting Muslims. Instead, Islam makes the entire Islamic Ummah one body. The revolution of the Ummah is not completed by removing tyrants alone. It must be crowned by establishing an Islamic system that rules according to all that Allah ﷻ has revealed. The Khilafah Rashidah is the only entity that will unify the Islamic Ummah under one banner and liberate the Muslim countries from the burden of colonialism.
