[وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ اللّهَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ الظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ الأَبْصَارُ]

Statement from the Honorable Mother of Yilmaz Celik before the Judiciary Court in Ankara against the 15 year prison sentence against her son

[‏‏وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مَخْرَجًا وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ

وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا‏]

"And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out (2) And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set for everything a [decreed] extent." [At-Talaq: 2-3]

The official announcement of the decision issued on 26/10/2018 by the Constitutional Court, in which it approved the request of Brother Yilmaz Celik to appeal his sentence, and was released on 20/11/2018, until his re-trial and listen to his message.

Yilmaz Celik released following Constitutional Court decision

Yilmaz Celik was released on the decision of the Constitutional Court to retry him for violating legal rights.

On 26/10/2018, the Constitutional Court issued a decision against Yilmaz Celik detained in Denizli Prison (type-T) with the accusation of his membership in Hizb ut Tahrir for retrial for violating his judicial rights.

After the Eleventh Criminal Court (Ankara) was closed on the basis of the decision published in the official log, and the Seventh Criminal Court received its case and decided to stop the implementation of the previous sentence and issued the release of Yilmaz Celik, according to the new resolution.

Where the court (Seventh Criminal Court - Ankara) suspended the implementation and called for the release of Yilmaz Celik based on the decision of the Constitutional Court with a retrial for the violation of his judicial rights.

Yilmaz Celik was released on Monday, 19/11/2018 from Denizli type-T prison.

The decision of the Constitutional Court against Yilmaz Celik reaffirms that Hizb ut Tahrir, which does not use violence and coercion, in carrying its call has been subjected to the injustice of the Turkish courts, which was still trying its Shabab on charges of membership in a terrorist organization.

Therefore, all the trials that have been instituted to this day have fallen due to false accusations.

[فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا، َإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا]
