The Lie of International Law and the Deception of the International Court
(Translated)

The International Court of Justice was established based on the consensus of the participants in the membership of the United Nations to be a decision-maker in international disputes related to regional disputes, violations of international treaties, environmental issues, and in particular hostile acts and human rights.

What is known in international norms is the respect for contracts and agreements and not violating internationally agreed laws and not violating what is commonly known. This is what people have followed in all eras, except in exceptional cases. History still remembers those who violated and surpassed them with evil and are known for their criminality or deviation. It is customary to boycott and fight those who violate these laws and force them to return to respect them.

We are certain that the United Nations and its bodies were not established for the benefit of humanity and have never been a supporter of the weak and oppressed, but rather a tool of the colonial countries that promote it and practice all kinds of deception on the weak so that they resort to it to do them justice and hold accountable the criminals and those who violate the laws, customs and principles of human rights that they themselves imposed and tailored to suit their ambitions and colonial projects, and to perpetuate slavery and dependence on these countries at all levels, and even to prevent the weak from taking the initiative, establishing justice and stopping the hand of the oppressors and tyrants.

The latest issued by the International Criminal Court, on 21/11/2024, were arrest warrants for the Prime Minister of the Jews, Netanyahu, and their former Minister of Crime, Yoav Galant, on charges of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity, such as starvation as a tool of war, murder, persecution, and other crimes in Gaza, which the court considered to be inhumane acts.

These rulings sparked media and political controversy because they were issued against representatives of the Jewish entity. The court was accused of being misguided, absurd, anti-Semitic, and other descriptions. The matter became more impudent and offensive to the court when US President Donald Trump signed a decree imposing sanctions on the court in protest of the arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Galant for their crimes in Gaza. Netanyahu visited Washington and was not arrested. Legal experts considered that this action undermines the court and the principle of international justice.

What is reprehensible is the silence of many countries, especially European countries, which have not responded with appropriate force to these measures that could lead to America and the Jewish entity being considered above the law. What made matters worse is that the newly elected German Chancellor, Merz, invited Netanyahu to visit Germany, bypassing the arrest warrant, and even called for dodging the law and the warrant, saying that he “will find a way to enable him to do so without being arrested under an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court.” Merz added in a press conference a day after his conservative party won the largest share of votes in the general elections:

"I think it is a completely absurd idea that an ‘Israeli’ prime minister cannot visit the Federal Republic of Germany," he said. He added that he told Netanyahu over the phone, "We will find ways and means to enable him to visit Germany and leave again without being arrested." In other words, he would dodge the law and the warrant and put it under his feet without paying attention to it.

This call itself, is a violation of the law and a rebellion against the court. It is not appropriate for a politician in his position to call on the people to respect the law and boast that Germany is a state of law, governed by a constitution and has an independent judiciary.

It is time for the world to realize that all politicians who control people today only care about their own interests, that they do not have any considerations for humanity or justice, nor do they seek the truth. Rather, they distort the facts and trample on the laws and customs, they have established and practiced deception to impose, on humanity and make them appear sincere and trustworthy despite their injustice, bias and deviation.

This is not the only example of their lies and deception practiced on people by these bodies and institutions. Rather, the history of their civilizations, with all its injustice, oppression, killing and terror, bears witness to their falsehood and the shallowness of their civilization, which has brought humanity nothing but poverty, destitution, slavery and tyranny over the past two centuries since the rise of these countries to the helm of great powers after the destruction of the Islamic state, which was known for its respect for humanity and its commitment to treaties, contracts and the law; in compliance with the commands of Allah, and to achieve His pleasure, not for base interests or worldly gains.

The evidence for this is that Allah (swt) has stressed the fulfillment of covenants in many verses, confirming that it is the companion of belief, the place of piety, and the touchstone of truthfulness, as He (swt) says:

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَوْفُوا بِالْعُقُودِ] “O believers! Honour your obligations” [Al-Ma’idah:1]. Also, His saying (swt):

[وَالْمُوفُونَ بِعَهْدِهِمْ إِذَا عَاهَدُوا وَالصَّابِرِينَ فِي الْبَأْسَاءِ وَالضَّرَّاءِ وَحِينَ الْبَأْسِ أُولَئكَ الَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُتَّقُونَ]

“... And (who) keep the pledges they make; and who are patient in times of suffering, adversity, and in ˹the heat of˺ battle. It is they who are true ˹in faith˺, and it is they who are mindful ˹of Allah˺” [Al-Baqara:177].

And His saying (swt):

[بَلَى مَنْ أَوْفَى بِعَهْدِهِ وَاتَّقَى فَإِنَّ اللهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَّقِينَ]“Absolutely! Those who honour their trusts and shun evil—surely Allah loves those who are mindful ˹of Him˺.” [Aali-Imran: 76].
