ICJ Ruling on the Jewish entity: Calling on the Very Occupier to Monitor itself in its War on Gaza is Preposterous!

The ruling required Israel to prevent and punish any public incitements to commit genocide against Palestinians in Gaza and to preserve evidence related to any allegations of genocide there.

Israel must also take measures to improve the humanitarian situation for Palestinian civilians in the enclave, it said.
It doesn’t call for a permanent ceasefire. (Reuters 26/01/2024)

The interim ruling issued by the court ordered six provisional measures, including for Israel to take all measures to prevent genocidal acts, prevent and punish the direct and public incitement to genocide, and take immediate and effective steps to ensure the provision of humanitarian assistance to civilians in Gaza. Comment:

The ICJ did not order an end to the war on Gaza! Calling on the very occupier to monitor itself in its war on Gaza is preposterous! The non-existent tap on the hand is what was handed to the blood soaked hand of ‘Israel’ and its forces. Claims of lack of evidence in the genocide on civilians and the complete destruction of hospitals, schools and homes is mind blowing. In the age of live streaming events and real time documentation, how can this be?!

It is the real nature of the milat al-kufr (alliance of the kuffar) against the Muslims even when these women, children and elderly do not have weapons and are in a state of exile and seeking refuge in the UN schools and tents. As the US continues to emphasize that “Israel” has the right to self-defence, more lives will be ruined and lost.

A genuine lesson for the Muslims, justice will never be served to them from the international community’s courts! It is naïve and foolish to expect such action from Europe or the US to side the people of Palestine against the Jewish entity in which Britain and the US established and sponsored its very existence causing the countless disasters to the people of Palestine.

It is noble of South Africa and its supporting nations to proceed with a brave step in trying to call out the Jewish entity on their savagery but with the US as its main ally, repercussions are not to be expected. Justice will only be given to the people of Gaza and Palestine at the hands of the Islamic court implementing and carrying out its laws under the powerful Islamic State i.e. the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood that will protect the Muslims and spread its mercy and justice to the rest of humanity protecting them from genocides. It will also account every occupier and murderer of the Muslims and the rulers of the Muslims who sat motionless as wars against the Muslims were waged.
