CNN quoted sources as saying that US President-elect Donald Trump told his aides to arrange a call with Russian President Vladimir Putin after his inauguration to discuss a meeting between them to end the war in Ukraine.

Trump had previously said that arrangements were underway for a meeting between him and his Russian counterpart, without specifying a timetable for the talks. Trump commented at the time on the war between Russia and Ukraine, saying, “President Putin wants to meet. He has said that even publicly and we have to get that war over with. That’s a bloody mess.”

Vice President-elect J.D. Vance also presented ideas on Sunday for a plan to end the war between Russia and Ukraine. According to Vance, Russia retains the territories it has seized in Ukraine.

The Wall Street Journal reported that Ukraine plans to express its readiness for peace, and quoted an informed source as saying that this peace must be sustainable and serve Ukrainian and American interests.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also indicated last week that concessions could be made to end the war. (Al-Jazeera Arabic 20/01/2025)

The people saw with their own eyes the cessation of the Jewish entity’s war on Gaza, by a strict and non-negotiable order from the master of the White House, Donald Trump, before his inauguration, after a war that lasted more than fifteen months of bloodshed. For this reason, the Ukrainians have the right to recognize that Trump is not like Biden, and will not allow anyone to maneuver. So he asked his assistants to arrange a call with Putin to end this war. He does not care how painful this solution will be for the Ukrainians and others. This is because he is a man of money, deals and barter, not to mention that he says publicly from the beginning that this war is unjustified, and that he is not responsible for what it leads to. So let Ukraine pay the price even if it is part of its territory.

It seems that the Ukrainian president understands this, so he said that he wants to end the war and negotiate. In fact, he has no choice but to say so. All European countries are trembling with fear and terror for their fate at the hands of Trump and his new administration.

This is what the Russian-Ukrainian war has led to, or what it is expected to lead to. Stopping the war with the occupation of some lands, and starting a negotiation journey that has a beginning, but no end. Both Russia and Ukraine submit to Trump in order to be spared from his brutality, or in the hope of a morsel that he throws at them!

Once again, the weakness and cowardice of the countries that falsely and slanderously call themselves major powers, in the face of American arrogance, haughtiness and superiority are evident. Europe and Russia live on memories of the past. However, today the equation has changed. A group of patient mujahidin have stood firm more than the largest major power. They stood firm in the face of the most powerful types of weapons and in the face of the filthiest of the creation of Allah (swt). Allah (swt) proclaims the Truth when He says,

[وَتِلْكَ الْأَيَّامُ نُدَاوِلُهَا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ اللهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَيَتَّخِذَ مِنكُمْ شُهَدَاءَ وَاللهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الظَّالِمِينَ]

“We alternate these days of victory and defeat among people so that Allah may reveal the true believers, choose martyrs from among you—and Allah does not like the wrongdoers.” [TMQ Surah Aali Imran 3:140]
